Great location it was very convenient to get to the main places. The room was comfortable and clean, making it pleasant to relax and stay there. The only things missing were slippers and hair conditioner. Otherwise, everything was great and the stay left a very positive impression....

My stay at IBB was a very positive experience. All of the desk staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. My room was nice - about what you'd expect from a 4-star property - and very quiet. My window also looked out at the illuminated tower of the town hall, a nice bonus. Breakfasts were good. I did not eat at the hotel restaurant, so I cannot comment on that. We had a lovely 4 night stay at IBB Hotel Gdansk.
The location is perfect for exploring the gorgeous old town and beyond.
The room was spacious, warm and spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was delicious with a great continental selection as well as some hot options and although you could get cheaper breakfasts in some of the nearby cafes, the unlimited juices & tea/coffee made this good value.
