Great location, as previous reviews say. We were disappointed in our room assignment. First time weve ever been downgraded. We arrived 15 minutes before check in. We were supposed to be in room 307, as we requested an upper floor room because of reviews saying first floor has street noise. They gave 307 to guests who arrived before us! Tried to give us a first floor room and we declined. She said there were no more ...

My sister and I have just returned from a 3night stay at the Stay Inn Hotel. The location is great, very central to a lot of the main attractions and only a 10-15min walk to the bus/train station. The room was modern and clean and the bathroom spacious with a nice shower. Tea and coffee facilities and a handy fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights during our recent trip to Gdansk and it was perfect! Great location about 15 mins walk from railway station and 2 minutes from the cathedral and the heart of this beautiful city. We arrived just before 12 lunchtime after an early flight but our room was ready for us. Our standard room was spacious and so comfortable and the shower was brilliant. My wife & I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel & we really can't fault it. On arrival we were given a warm welcome by Weronika who checked us in with a minimum of fuss. Perfectly located but tight family room

We stayed in room 107 and there were 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. It was absolutely fine just a bit cramped and little room to manoeuvre but we were only there for sleeping and changing so it was fine.
Minor things: Cold water was a little dribbly but it worked. Beds were a bit too soft . Light above my bed didnt work. No Netflix or Disney to use on the tv.
