    My partner and I stayed for a long weekend towards the end of October. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are other hotels around but the Playa Marina has definitely bagged the best spot. The reception staff were lovely and did everything possible to accommodate us, Stephanie really looked after us. It was worth the room rate alone to sit and have breakfast overlooking the beautiful view out to sea. We’re in our early 40s and just wanted to relax for the weekend so we were very pleased to find no loud music or partying. There’s plenty of quality places to eat and Palma is only 10 mins on the bus, the bus stops are no more than 100m from the building. We both loved it and cant find anything negative to say about this place, we’ll definitely be back. Ps- the photos on Booking.com don’t do it justice, it’s stunning!
    Perfect for a few days away

    I felt like a few days away from the English rain and this hotel is the perfect place for a short break, especially as its proximity to Palma (30 minutes by bus) and the airport (a 20 minute taxi ride) make it an ideal venue. This was my second visit, travelling alone this time, and I was made extremely welcome in all parts of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, although I would strongly recommend choosing a superior sea view room. The evening meal was wonderful, particularly the buffet, and the wine reasonably priced. I love the swimming pool area which has plenty of sunbeds and a bar for lunchtime drinks and meals. Pretty much a perfect hotel.

    Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Location excellent & the hotel superb. Rooms very spacious & sea views lovely. Staff at the hotel were friendly & attentive. Fabulous choice at breakfast too. The hotel was constantly clean & I honestly cannot fault anything about it. Reception staff were very kind allowing us to keep the room on due to late inbound flight. Looking forward to returning next year.

    Me and my boyfriend came a for a short break and booked our room with breakfast. The room itself was always clean and tidy, balcony outside was clean as well. The room was also very modern with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. There was also a hairdryer! Our room was on the right side of the hotel, which meant that we had the sun for the last couple of hours of the day before it went completely down and we also had a beautiful view of the beach, restaurants and sea below. I would recommend opting for a room to the right as it’s so lovely on the evening sitting on the balcony before bed listening to the hotel opposite playing nice music (which didn’t run into the night and stopped at a reasonable time!) and listening to the buzz of the restaurants. Breakfast had everything you could imagine and had a chef every morning at a hot plate making things such as Spanish omelettes from a small menu. I recommend trying the Mexican eggs!! Plenty of sun beds and outdoor showers, lots of sun beds by the sea too...only problem is that people reserve them with their towels and books...! We had dinner a couple of nights at the hotel, the food was okay but sometimes it wasn’t hot as it was a buffet. Breakfast was definitely better. The eating area overlooked the sea and was beautiful. I would overall recommend this hotel and hopefully will return one day!
    Tiny improvements would make a big difference

    Just back from a week here with Jet2holidays. Being on my own was not an issue. Plenty of other solo folk and nobody batted an eyelid. Had a superior double room with an amazing balcony view. was supposed to be a double but was 2 singles pushed together. (This really annoys me). Great bathroom and shower. Nice to have fridge in room. And pool towels a boon. Flight was very delayed and arrived middle of night. Receptionist was lovely- “”let’s just get the paperwork done and you can sleep””. Breakfast included - outstanding - everything you could wish for though more than one toasting machine would be handy. Pool area beautiful plenty sun beds and shade options for the hotter times. Pool bar/cafe ok. Nice staff - limited menu and a dry martini without olives is unforgivable. Only has food till 4. After that the main restaurant is the only option and it is buffet every night. An a la Carte would be nice. Resort very small and quiet and a hilly walk to any shops or other bars etc. Easy bus to Palma. All in all an easy 4 out of 5
