    I stayed at this hotel twice last month. First stay I had no issues and found the hotel to be just fine. The second stay completely changed my mind. I booked on priceline because the rate was ridiculously cheap. I was supposed to stay for three nights, however, plans changed and I need to leave one day early. Spoke to priceline on the morning that I wanted to depart and they called the hotel to make the change. The hotel DENIED shortening the reservation by one night and would not issue a refund (pre-paid reservation) for the night I wasn't planning on using. I called the front desk and attempted to reach a manager. The operator told me that he wasn't available. It took almost 30 minutes for him to come to the phone to speak with me. The entire time of our interaction, he was rude, dismissive, and came across as being humored that I asked for a refund on a night I wouldn't be using. I would have been out of the room by 11am and the rate was literally 40 something dollars. How cheap that they would deny refunding that?! The principle of this bothers me. If I wasn't staying the night and checking out by check out time, just refund me! The hotel was also dirty. Upon check in, tried to move rooms but front desk stated the other floors were closed for maintenance and no other rooms available. Behind the nightstand was gross, there were carpet stains, and even saw a roach by the pool. Hallways constantly smelled like marijuana. I tried to contact the hotel again on 4/1. Operator took down my information and told me the MOD would reach out to me. Nope, never called me back. I tried to reach him again the next day, and hes unavailable. Terrible service!

    Been staying here for a bit and although it is nice, i have found a row of toe nail clippings (not ours) alongside the bed. Asked for a vacuum, they sent someone up with a broom. Called again bit upset finally got a vacuum. Disgusting. I also asked for new bed sheets which i opened and a tiny roach fell out. I have a roach phobia.... the next day the house keeper hands me towels which 2 of them looked like they had bird droppings? Not sure, but was grossed out. It is a nice hotel but im not sure i would stay at this one again. Disappointed.

    this is the 3rd year that I have stayed at the Rosen Centre for a conference. The facility is clean, the housekeeping staff is efficient and excellent, and the conference space accommodated our large group with ease. The only things I could say were a detractor is the Cafe Gaugain (spelling?). That whole restaurant needs upgraded to this century. It is straight out of the 1980's. and there is no microwave in the room, so our family of 4 struggled to have leftovers, make water hot, etc in the room. Otherwise a VERY SOLID place.

    Great hotel, good restaurants inside but would have been nice to know ahead of time that you get charged $14.95 to self park your own car versus $23.00 for valet. Staff was very friendly, rooms we’re spotless, the higher the floor, the better the view.

    The venue is a bit pricey but a great place to host a conference. The staff was very accommodating and the facilities are large enough to handle nearly any group. The restaurant nearest to the conference areas was upscale and provided excellent service.
