One of the worst hotel experiences I have had
My family and I had a deeply disappointing stay at Rixos Pera Istanbul. As a hospitality professional myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, but the repeated lack of communication, attention and genuine care was unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
