We had an amazing vacation with my family! We stayed at Rixos Tersane Istanbul first time. Our room was good, with a view to the sea. Breakfast was good, during the day piano is played in the hall.
Nearby are malls, nickelodeon, many cafes, restaurants. We visited Rahmi M Koc museum from the hotel. We had physical workout with Enre and Asli, administrator Dominica was great at spa! At reception Artem, Sofia, Efe, Pel...

Everything was perfect, we had a family vacation. There are many sport activities here. Eren was our couch, he had for us physical workout. We enjoyed his lesson.
Also staff of the hotel congratulated us women on international women's day!
Besides I got sick, guests relations Artem and Mr Baran helped us with doctor and ambulance.
Breakfast is amazing! We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!...

The hotel is clearly very new and modern, and we chose it mainly because of the childrens play area. However, unfortunately our experience had some disappointing moments.At the Nickelodeon play area, some of the staff did not allow our child to go on a couple of attractions because he was missing only about 2 cm in height. We were traveling as a family with our young daughter, and she absolutely loved the Candy Kids Club and especially the Nickelodeon Play area.
The location of the hotel is outstanding open, calm and spacious, with a beautiful view over the Golden Horn (Haliç).
