I loved the entrance, the hotel building itself, the pool, the view is simply insane. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel, nickelodeon for children is outstanding.
But the service is just out of hands! It's just a nightmare for this level of hotel! Not only does the staff have a problem bringing water to the room, I was told that there are only 4 bottles according to the standard, then for a fee. A...

We stayed here in July with our family. The hotel itself is brand new, situated in a nice location in Istanbul's new Tersane area, and the rooms are well-suited for families. The staff are friendly and genuinely doing their best, and management seems to be very keen to deliver excellent service, and is doing so. However, there are a couple of points that need urgent attention.

Rixos Tersane Istanbul is the best hotel in all of Turkey!
The entire staff, from the moment you arrive at the entrance to the reception desk, is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Being welcomed like this is simply perfect!
