Definitely not a Rixos standard
As an Accor member, I used to stay at Rixos hotels in many countries, and it was always a great stay, but what I experienced at Rixos Tersana has nothing to do with the Rixos brand.

The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained in terms of facilities and design. The rooms and overall hardware look new and attractive.
Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail do not match the quality of the property.

Our initial welcome at the hotel was pleasant. However, the check-in experience could have been handled more efficiently. We were informed that our room would be ready at 3:00 PM. First impression was so good , I had a really nice welcome from Burak at front desk during check in . My room was nice and well cleaned but a bit small comparing to a junior suite and noisy . Comfortable bed and pillows .
