the hotel is absolutely beautiful. very modern. great facilities and plenty for the kids and adults to do. great proximity to shops and bars not even a 5 mi use walk away. we had a mez room with balcony which was fantastic. the downside wlfor us was the food and drink, more the quality then the quantity. loads of choice of food but we just felt it was not good quality. breakfast is particularly bad in our opinion, fo...

What a disappointment this place was!
My partner and I were due to stay at the Olympic Palace Hotel for a short 4 day break, but we ended up checking out early the day after we arrived due to multiple issues with the accommodation most notably the lack of functional air conditioning, the rudeness of hotel staff, and the failure to provide the Sea View room we had specifically booked and paid for.

When finding this hotel for our first girls holiday, this hotel seemed to be the perfect fit and VERY promising; amenities, activities, location, service and food. Its such a shame this was not the case. My partner and I have just returned from a week at this hotel, and we had a fantastic time. The food, drinks, and amenities were excellent, and the location is great - getting a taxi to and from the hotel was quick and easy.

Feels 5 star (just) but less so than other 5 stars in Rhodes

We had a 7 night stay in mid June. Overall were happy with what we paid for, we have stayed in nicer 5 star hotels in Rhodes but for slightly more per person. Would agree its 5 star but some things that you dont get here that weve had at other 5 stars:
Positives: Service very good, pretty quick to get a drink at all the bars
