TUI BLUE Mai Khao Lak

We, a family group of five adults and four children, stayed at Mai Khao Lak for ten days in October 2019. We had a fantastic time. Every part of our holiday was wonderful and relaxing, the setting, the amenities, the peacefulness, the beach access, the different pools, the spacious rooms, the flexibility of eating options and the massages. However, what took the holiday to another level was the staff. Sure there was the occasional language gap but nothing of consequence. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, in fact the friendliest we've experienced in Thailand or around the world. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we even knew ourselves. As one of our family has mobility challenges I'd particularly like to note how all the staff were so considerate of his needs. We're aware that life must be tough at the moment for everyone at Mai Khao Lak particularly the staff who might have lost their jobs and the small business operators, their employees nearby and the families who depend on tourism. We're thinking of you all and when the time is right, and some normality returns to the world, we will come come back. We encourage others to consider Mai Khao Lak for a wonderful holiday when the opportunity eventually comes. Stay Safe everyone at Mai Khao Lak.

Can’t be happier, second time back. Was quiet but still loved to relax and enjoy the serenity. Food was good however some restaurants closed during quiet period - a few options available outside the resort.
