Was there for 4 nights to visit the markets , salt mines etc. Brilliant location. Clean, comfortable bed. Small room which didn't matter at all. Staff all lovely and spoke brilliant English. Breakfast great. Lots of choice. Put to shame again with lack of language skills!....

We really enjoyed our weekend at this hotel it is the perfect hotel for exploring Krakow. If we ever go back again I will 100% be booking this hotel. Breakfast is excellent probably one of the best we have had. However the restaurant in the evening is extremely disappointing we really looked forward to eating there as the breakfast was lovely. Perfectly located hotel for a beautiful trip.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance.
The rooms are small but very clean and fully equipped. All the staff are friendly and hard working, nothing is too much trouble.
We only had the breakfast twice, but it was good and there is plenty of choice.

Rooms cleaned daily.
Staff are really helpful with any queries
Walking from the station to the hotel is very easy for 15 minutes.
Bars and restaurants on your doorstep short walks everywhere.
It was very flat and easy walking ️ ️
