Stayed here 15-18th march. Hotel is in the perfect location, modern clean and tidy. Lots of selection for breakfast . Rooms cleaned every day. Not one negative to say. Great hotel!...

Hotel is really clean and well kept and the staff are helpful.
Ideally located to local transport and the main square in the hotel is a few minutes walk.
The breakfast isnt great but if you load up on toast and cereal and fruit it can get you through to lunch.
Beds are comfy and the hotel has a modern feel about it would definitely stay in a best western again....

Just returned from 3 night stay and couldn't fault the hotel we stayed in room 324 which was lovely and quiet at the back of the hotel with a lovely skylight which you can look at the stars. The location of the hotel is perfect 5 mins from main square and about 8 mins from Wawel castle. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold. Staff were helpful and I would stay here again...

We've just had a really nice stay at the Best Western Plus Old Town Krakow. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was lovely, a very good selection. It was nice to have a drink in the bar after a long day of lots of walking. There's also a nice terrace at the back to sit outside with a drink. The only negatives were our room was a bit small and the bathroom was huge but it...

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, also a no fuss check in. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the main square and streets.
