Great location, modern decor, spaciousness rooms. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Staff were fabulous really friendly and helpful.
Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again In beautiful Krakow. Lovely city....

Hotel welcoming, friendly clean & comfortable

We have been staying at the hotel since Tuesday. The hotel is welcoming, clean & comfortable. The breakfadt was very good with everything you could want, both hot & cold, a great selection. The rooms have everything you need (we had a superior room), beds were comfortable & clean. The staff were very nice, friendly & helpful, especially Ela. We would definitely stay again....

I really cannot find a fault with this hotel.
My grandson and I have just had a 3 night stay here. And everything was spot on.
The location is the best. An easy 15 minute walk from the main station. Turn left out of the hotel and Wawel Castle is at the top of the road, turn right out of the hotel, and you are 5 minutes from the old town. Public transport is avaible literally on the doorstep.

Staff are very friendly and rooms are tidy/big.

This is a really nice hotel.
Great location just a few minutes walk from Krakow's main square. Room was small but had everything you need, clean, with safe, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Decent bathroom and shower (albeit small). Nice breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. We had an early morning excursion before the official breakfast time and they prepar...
