Brilliant hotel with great staff and good location

This hotel was in a great location about 10 minute walk to the huge Castle. Staff were helpful and the rooms had everything you needed - apart from english channels on the TV! The breakfast was very good with continental and also scrambled eggs and sausages. Would stay here again...

Excellent location in Krakow

I stayed here as part of a tour group and I felt they choose this hotel due to its location to many attractions. I was pleased to be able to walk to many nearby must see sights. The rooms were a little small and outdated and I found the hallways to be dark and dingy. We did have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant and all staff were friendly and professional....

Krakow City break

An excellent hotel situated very close to the Old Town and Main Square. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We visited over Halloween and the Hotel went out of their way with themed decorations and themed food at breakfast. The breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Our rooms were clean and very well maintained. We would stay here again and would thoroughly recommend....

Brilliant hotel!
The staff were friendly,the room was nice,clean and serviced everyday and had a nice bathroom and great powerful shower!
Breakfast was brilliant!.a varied choice of food-something for everyone,and a perfect start to the day.
Very convenient location-just a 5 minute walk to the main square.
We hired a car and had no problem with parking on the street where the hotel was.

Reception was very helpful & friendly on arrival. Room was easily found by stairs or lift. Room was very tidy, clean & perfect for a 3 day visit. Breakfast is a mix of continental & your regular lets call it English breakfast, plenty to choose from food & drink.
