Beautiful quaint little hotel in the best location, we asked for a lower floor as my son has mobility difficulties and Anna was great at sorting this out for us , girls at reception are all lovely and helpful the only problem we had was with a drain outside made a horrendous noise all night when cars drove on it but this is not the hotels fault, we had a brilliant stay...

We stayed here 6 years ago and returned this past week. The staff here are all amazingly helpful and kind. Angelika went above and beyond for us, never made us feel like we were a bother with our many questions, and even offered to walk us to the tram stop because we werent sure where it was. We appreciated everything she did for us!
We had two different rooms this week and I will list the pros and cons for both.

Lovely hotel. Very close to main square. Good, plentiful breakfast. Lovely, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again....

Clean hotel ideally situated in the center of Krakow minutes from main square.
