Lovely hotel close to centre with about 8 min walk rooms are clean and comfy breakfast has loads of options! and staff are helpful and friendly....

A very nice hotel . Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area . A good breakfast every morning. Only a 5 minute walk to the main square with plenty bars and restaurants . Quite area away from the busy square....

Hotel staff Pawel , Tomasz , Szymon are all helpful . Our room is big , breakfast is delicious. Free use if Sauna is great. Location of hotel is accessible to tram & walking distance to Krakow square. We had a wonderful stay....

Great hotel really enjoyed our stay. If we were coming back to karkov. Would definitely stay here again. Room was spotless and nice and big. Only had breakfast in the hotel breakfast was good and a good variety of stuff available. Definitely 10 out of 10...

Stayed at The Grand Ascot Hotel for 4nights
Cant rate this hotel highly enough,excellent rooms,good choice for breakfast and the staff are so friendly and helpful,
The staff on reception go that extra mile
Paval and Jan supper helpful would definitely stay there again...
