This is an outstanding hotel and we would unreservedly recommend it. Reception could not be more friendly or helpful. The room was a great size, with a comfortable bed and super bathroom. We will definitely stay here should we return to Krakow...

Premium and Cosy Hotel.
Friendly and professional staff. The Hotel is very near to the central Rynek Główny.
We stayed, with our to kids, in the twin room. The accommodations are comfortable, Statius, the main room has a king size bed and the bathroom is huge! With a very useful adjustable heated floor....

Amazing hotel, clean and lovely so close to everything, central location and only 10 mins away from the market square. We traveled with a baby and the hotel is very much baby friendly. Sauna was great! Rooms were exceptionally clean, housekeeping was every day making beds and cloning bathroom , cant fault them. Reception staff was lovely extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre. The bed was lovely and comfortable with plenty of storage space in the room too. Breakfast was top quality with everything you might want....

We have visited many city hotels but this is by far the best we've stayed at. The room was amazing, exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. All the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The whole hotel is impeccable. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Krakow...
