Just back from a week, stay at the hotel. I can't praise this hotel enough. All the staff go over and beyond in making your stay amazing. The restaurant is fabulous. The food was the best we had during our stay in Krakow. Will definitely be back. ...

Nice Hotel, But Too Many Issues For A Short Stay

We stayed here for two nights in November 2024. The staff were friendly at check-in, and the room we were given was spacious and attractive. We then went out for a walking tour, but upon returning to the hotel, there was a large group of Polish women sat on the sofas just outside the hotel rooms. They were very loud, and appeared to be drinking alcohol. They occupied several rooms around us, and the noise became...

Outstanding hotel, great staff and amazing beds! Would stay again. Easy location. Great to have water dispensers for still and sparking. Very quiet and very clean. Staff very accommodating and keen to help. Room was ready early which was a bonus...

Were comfy and has every thing we needed breakfast was varies tasty and plentiful . The staff were great nice quiet area . Ideally situated for the main square . Would recommend for price Cleanliness and facilities...

Lovely hotel in a great location. Buffet style breakfast had a great choice. Room was spotless, loads of space and a massive walk in shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a trip to beautiful Krakow and the surrounding area....
