A beautiful hotel, very clean ,warm and welcoming. The hotel is well located for the main square. We have had a lovely stay and will be coming back.
Amazing breakfast with such a choice .The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially the warm welcome from Zuzanna on the front desk...

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in October on a city break with Jet2. Approximately 30 minute transfer from the airport to the hotel.
All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and offers a good selection for breakfast. We didnt utilise the hotel for dinner, but will try it on a return visit.

An excellent hotel near the old town. Modern, immaculate with very pleasant and helpful staff. The food is very good as are the rooms. The availability of water dispensers is a plus. Faultless....

Great experience at the Grand Ascot

Spent a week at the Grand Ascot. Stayed in a standard room which was of a good size. Spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, choice of pillows if needed. Fridge in the room was a plus. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. We ate in the hotel restaurant 3 times and each time the food and service was excellent and no more expensive than anywhere else for the quality.
