A very pleasant hotel well situated just outside the Old Town. High standards of comfort and cleanliness, excellent breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff, with particular reference to Pavel and Jan....

Lovely hotel- staff always helpful and friendly. Room was really nice had everything you could want in it. Each floor had water dispenser with the option of still or sparkling. We found this to be really helpful as you can just refill your water bottle at any time etc. Really nice breakfast including homemade cakes which were amazing. The location of this hotel was no more than 10 minute walk to main square in krakow...

The Grand Ascot hotel is fabulous. I was just here for a week and I don't want to go! Fabulous breakfast and , most importantly, truly wonderful staff. I had a problem at my work and Pawel at reception was SO helpful and helped me sort it. Would definitely come back again. The breakfast has vegan options...

Stayed here for our 4 night stay in Krakow. Fantastic and stylish rooms with a great bathroom, comfortable bed and v good air-conditioning!!
