The beds were comfortable at this hotel, and the room and environment was very clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure, though the shower room enclosure could have been a bit bigger.
Breakfast was good, including lots of hot and cold options: fresh bread, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, salads and more. The tea was good quality (not Lipton) and coffee machines are provided.

We had a fantastic stay here. Staff were very attentive and the room was exceptional. Everything was clean and felt cosy whilst the weather was below 0° outside! The location is perfect- within walking distance to the old town and many attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Krakow. Room was ready early and check in was so efficient.
Room was clean and had everything needed. It was a quiet hotel on a quiet street.
Breakfast was a surprise at how much was available ..cereals, continental breakfast and a selection of hot food. Fruit and cake were available every day. Staff were pleasant and nothing was a bother to them. A well deserved 5 stars would highly recommend ...
