Hotel 32 Was a great Homebase for discovering krakow . Lovely room and bathroom both spacious. Rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday can't fault all the staff they were brilliant. Booked a few trips with Hotel receptionist . Nothing was another to them . If back in Krakow wouldn't hesitate to book hotel 32 again. 5 min walk to main square...

This hotel is brilliant. We booked through EasyJet holidays and were looking for cheap accommodation close to the square. This hotel did not disappoint. The hotel is SO clean, the staff are really friendly and super helpful and the design of the hotel is beautiful. The best hotel in my opinion
The location is ideal from the airport (20 mins)
The reception staff are all amazing and polite. Especially Piotr. He was so helpful with my husbands medical condition.
The room is immaculately clean and we got the best room on the 4th floor (room 28)
The cleaners are very good and the rooms are cleaned early

Lovely modern hotel staff were very helpful
And organised trips to auswitz and the salt mines for us with pick up from the hotel
Room was very clean and had good amenities
Only complaint was the tv did not work
Bed was comfortable
And the bathroom was nice

We would highly recommend this hotel after staying for 3 nights end sept. Start of October.
Rooms have heating and air con. Mini fridge full of goodies which you can pay for at end of your trip.
Rooms are beautiful and we had room 30 which was spacious and had sky lights. Rooms so quiet we felt like the only people there.
