I had a wonderful stay at the Helena Rubinstein Hotel in Krakow. The hotel is stylish and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and many great restaurants. Great traditional hotel in Krakow

I would highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. Location, breakfast, staff and large rooms.
For our room it was a shower over the bath but very difficult to get in and out.
Reception was unmanned at times and we didn't see anyone when we left. This did not distract from our great stay....

We stayed at the Rubinstein Hotel for three nights and loved it. Its very conveniently located for exploring Krakówhalfway between the Old Town and the former ghetto, right on the main square of Kazimierz. We really enjoyed the sky bar and the views.
