Lovely hotel, very comfortable 4 night stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff, kept the room clean. Breakfast very tasty in the sister hotel across the street.
Will be returning as interested in the finished renovation. Although this was being carried out it, you would not know....

This is an amzing hotel .
The lecation is in the center of the old town .
Walking distance from many hot spots of Krakow.
The room was very comfortable with all the facilities .
The staff was very kind and very helpfull.The breakfsst was vert tastesty ...

We chose this hotel for its impeccable location and it didnt disappoint. The location is in the heart of the old town where lots of restaurants, shops and coffee shops just around the corner. The bus stops are a few minutes walking also and if you want to do some shopping: Galeria Krakowska is about a ten minute walk away. We are just back from a 4 night break. I loved this hotel! We requested a quiet room and we were put on floor 4. Lovely and quiet. The room was absolutely spotless and we went over that room with a fine tooth comb. We are a bit paranoid about bed bugs so we had a uv light and a red light with us. The beds were stripped and checked, the carpets were checked. Nothing. Not even a stain. The one thing I would suggest tho...

Located in the heart of Old Town, this is the perfect spot whether here on business or passing through. It can be hard for taxis to get here during certain rush hours, but it's a short walk to the Bolt/Uber pickup points. It's a stone's throw away from the central square and the heart of Old Town Krakow. Thus, very very convenient.
