This hotel is in a good location but at night, the good location means a lot of street noise.all night long. And no one knew how to adjust the climate control system. Our room was extremely warm. The front desk staff kept promising to reset it but never did. The bed was clean but pillows were AWFUL!!! There are probably better hotel choices in Krakow.....

Great stay here for our first trip to Krakow. Breakfast faken at their sister hotel, 1 minutes walk away and it was superb with tons of choice. Location great for a stay in the old town. Staff are friendly and helpful. They arranged a very generous and tasty brunch for us to take when we had a very early pick up for Auswich. Room (106) very spacious with huge comfy bed. 100% recommend ...

We spent a wonderful weekend at Hotel Unicus in Kraków and I can honestly say it deserves the highest rating! From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. I had an amazing weekend stay at Hotel Unicus in Kraków with my friends! The location is perfect right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Main Square, yet tucked away on the charming Świętego Marka street, which makes it peaceful and quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Unicus Krakow Old Town. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the Main Square, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. One of the most unique parts of the experience was discovering that theres a casino inside the hotel I had never stayed anywhere like that before, and it definitely added something special to my trip!
