Lovely place. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in was quick.
We were st the back of the hotel and the room was warm and quiet. A little on the small side but adequate for a couple of nights. The bathroom was great. Shower was powerful and the shower gel supplied is good.

Great location for exploring Krakow old town and Kazimierz. Lovely large rooms with good facilities kettle and minibar in room. Staff very welcoming, Max was a great bar host . Can't recommend this hotel enough ️...

No privacy in bathroom

Hotel is about 15mins walk to main square. There is a convenient shop and costa coffee just 2mins walk away. Room is small but has tea/coffee amenities and toiletries. Bed was comfortable and shower was great with plenty hot water and pressure. Downside is the bathroom has absolutely no privacy you can see right in even with the black decor anyone tall can see right in on you on the toilet - nor soundproof I wouldn...

Great hotel but no accessible entrances for wheelchairs.

This is a lovely modern and clean hotel. Well situated in the old town just a 7 min walk to the main square and has shops and restaurants all nearby. My only issue as a disabled person is this hotel is NOT accessible by a wheelchair. All entrances have steps to gain access and even once youre inside there are more steps to get to the lift to go down to the restaurant. So unless you can manage a small flight of stair...
