Very good location with tram stop just outside the hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, cleaning every day. Reception staff was especially helpful and friendly - we really felt welcomed!! The only minus was breakfast: on one morning there was simultaneous congress at the hitel -consequently the breakfast room was packed, nearly ecerything was finished, fried eggs were cold etc..,...

The hotel was close to train station and very close to tram stop. Reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. Our apartment was spacious and clean with tea, coffee, herbal teas included. There was a mini bar in the room which was fairly reasonably priced compared to UK prices. Breakfast had a good selection. We didn't use the spa facilities so can't comment. Reception staff spok...

Helpful staff, clean hotel, comfy beds, fantastic breakfast! Spa facility was amazing! Location wise this place is fab. Tram stop right outside - 3 stops up to main squre, opposite square of Ghetto heroes, 3 minute walk to Schindlers factory.
Will definitely stay here again!...

Where still here now and got to say this hotel is excellent. I love the style of the restaurants it's got an industrial look to out and it looks super cool, infact most of the hotel has gone for the industrial look and it works so well. The rooms are great as well there very modern and spotlessly clean. Everyone is so friendly in the hotel, the location is pretty good it's about 10 mins walk to the Jewish quarte...

Really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a superior suite and it didn't disappoint, it came very well equipped with a small kitchen and living area which had a sofa that can be turned into a bed. Hotel is in a good location in the Jewish quarter and a five minute walk to Schindlers factory, there is a tram stop less than a 30 seconds walk away.
