We were moved to Lwowska 1 Hotel by Jet2 just one week before departure. We were told we could cancel, but it would have cost over £1000 to rebook somewhere closer to the centre, so we had no choice but to accept this hotel. Big mistake.
We arrived late due to airport delays and hoped to get something to eat at the hotel, only to find the restaurant closed. The nearest places to eat were a tram ride away. It was eit...

Out of the main area. Very dark and dingy entrance. Room had really dirty carpets. We asked for single beds but did not get this. Breakfast was cold, only tried it once out of the 3 days. We arrived at 19 pm and there was nowhere to eat as the restaurant was closed and nothing in the local area. Never again. Just returned from 3 nights staying at Lwowska1. Hotel is lovely and modern and clean. Breakfast was included and had a great selection. The hotel also has a sauna and steam room which can be used as part of your stay at no extra cost. The location is the other side of the river in the jewish ghetto area. We arrived late at night 9pm. We was greeted with a nice man on reception. Room was lovely superior room which we paid for upgrade. Our only fault with the hotel was the traffic noise. The trams were right outside our window room 114. These Trams go through the night and from 6am seem to run every few minutes keeping us awake.
