Lovely hotel, very clean, well managed. Stayed here for four nights in a superior room. The room was very big with a huge bathroom containing a free-standing bath. There were ample toiletries, towels and coffee making facilities. My only criticism was the room ( 507 ) was very very warm ( in February ), we couldnt work the aircon but that may have been user error, so kept having to open the windows.

Excellent location within Jewish quarter. Rooms are very comfortable with all amenities necessary for a happy stay. Lovely restaurant and reception staff were very helpful. Will definitely return ...

Hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked the salt mine tour for us which we enjoyed and was well organised.
Breakfast was nice every morning with lots of choices! We stayed in one evening and had food in the restaurant which was beautiful and we ended every evening in bar sampling the cocktails.
Location was good with lots on the door step but also a short walk into the main square....

Excellent stay here! Hotel staff were all lovely and friendly. Location was brilliant, just a short walk to the castle and old town, but lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Room was lovely and modern. They organised our excursions and airport transfer for us too. Thanks so much!...
