Fantastic Hotel

Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel. It has a great position in the Jewish quarter handy for everything. We had a lovely room with balcony on the second floor which was large with a big bathroom. We loved the secret garden and had evening drinks out there a few times.
Apart from being a fantastic hotel what sets it apart are the staff. So friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay special

Very pleased on arrival, very clean and well presented. The guy on reception was very welcoming and told us that our room wasn't quite ready and to have a drink in the garden out back and he'd let us know. When the room was ready we were presented with a 15% off food and beverages in the hotel (except for seafood menu) card, but our drinks in the garden and our breakfast on day one weren't discounted when we presente...

Perfect location. Very modern and stylish hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Drinks lovely in the bar, we wish we had eaten here the restaurant is beautiful. Rooms large and comfortable and cleaned daily. Would recommend for anyone visiting krakow....

A lovely hotel in a central location. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again...

Everything was perfect, beautiful hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great breakfast. 10/10 and would definitely stay there again. Lots of shops and cafes close by. A short walk to the Old Town. Can't recommend more highly....
