Tucked away in a fantastic location and within easy walking distance of the old town and other attractions.
The staff were welcoming and warm, and their attention to the details was truly dedicated and appreciated.
Spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay - highly recommended....

Everything about this hotel was excellent, venue, rooms, food, staff. Would especially like to mention Mickolaj in the restaurant bar. He could not do enough for us. His customer care and attention to detail was superb. Would not hesitate to stay here again...

First of all beautiful hotel and staff are really lovely. The hotel itself is located in the Kazimierz District, its just around the corner from the Market Square Jewish Market that has many places for street food and and stalls with different items. You can easily walk to Schindler's Factory and also to the Main Square. We found it quiet too.
The hotel was so warm and cosy, the food was delicious and freshly made....

The hotel is on the edge of the Jewish quarter with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
I stayed for 4 nights and couldnt fault it. The room was spotlessly clean with all the usuals, hairdryer, safe and kettle as well as a well stocked mini bar.
The breakfast had plenty of choice with both hot and cold options.
All the staff were friendly and you can book trips through reception. They have a luggage room if you ...
