Excellent stay here! Hotel staff were all lovely and friendly. Location was brilliant, just a short walk to the castle and old town, but lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Room was lovely and modern. They organised our excursions and airport transfer for us too. Thanks so much!...

Fantastic hotel, positioned perfect for all areas of Krakow

From walking in the front door the staff were very friendly and helpful not only with what the hotel had to offer but also on how to get around Krakow. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the room we had very comfy and warm. The food and drink we had were of good quality too. A thank you to all staff we came into contact with for helping making our stay fantastic...

The staff at the hotel could not do enough for you. The hotel was immaculate and situated in an ideal position for sightseeing.
Couldn't praise the staff, food and quality of the rooms in the hotel enough and would highly recommend this as an ideal base when visiting Krakow.
An enjoyable experience at a lovely hotel.

Great stay in this lovely hotel.
Firstly we visited for my partners 30th birthday and we were given a complimentary room upgrade from the start.
The room was lovely. Warm, clean and very comfortable.
The location of this hotel is perfect its away from the main square but walkable in 20 mins. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and even street food vendors all on your door step.

What a great hotel,in a brilliant location. The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean & well kept. Room was a good size,nice walk in shower. Staff were very pleasant,friendly & helpful. Our last day we had a late flight home & were able to leave our cases until it was time to go to the airport.
