We stayed for 3 nights at the end of March. Room was clean, shower was hot and powerful, beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee and water was replaced every day which was appreciated. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. There are a few umbrellas you can borrow. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The coffee was lovely. Just back from a 4 day stay at this hotel. It's a lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is a mix of hot and cold food, plenty of choices and a selection of tea and coffee. Bedroom are spacious and clean. Bathroom big enough with free toiletries. The only downside is the shower cubicle is not the biggest. It's a 10-15min walk into the main square and there's also a tram stop 100yds away, if you're goi...

Very pleasant hotel, very clean and quiet. The rooms are a good size but found to be quite warm and wasnt expecting this for March. Only 7 mins from main square. Restaurant does a very nice breakfast and a good variety for a small place. The staff are very friendly and looked after our cases so we could enjoy the last day sightseeing. Nice courtyard to chill in and close to local transport networks. 20 mins taxi rid...

The hotel was spotlessly clean ,spacious and comfortable. Breakfast simple but more than adequate for our needs. Ideally located just 10 minutes walk from main square,with excellent links for transport in and out of Krakow centre. Definitely worth the stay ...

The hotel location, is very well situated to lots of places. Close to market square and lots of attractions. Lots of places to eat, and the polish dumplings, ( pierogi) are a must try... sweet and savoury. The hotel is very clean, spacious and all the staff very friendly.
