Great location and warm rooms! I was unsure after booking this hotel based on mixed reviews but I can confirm its a great place to stay on a budget. Its nothing fancy, but its great for couples on a budget who want warmth, comfort and an optimal location. The room is a bit outdated but you cant really complain based on the cheap price. The bed was super comfy and shower was basic but good.

The room was very small and the beds were narrow and the mattress and pillows uncomfortable as they were too soft. The room was very clean and warm. This hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were polite and helpful . We would not stay again as we felt the room felt more like a hostel/ student room than a hotel. It would suit students or young people on a budget ....

Situated a couple of minutes walk from the old town it is an ideal base to explore Krakow. Clean rooms,comfortable beds ,quiet location would definitely reccomend. don't be put off by having reception over the road it is a 30 second walk and they are very helpful.All in all great little hotel...

When we arrived we were a little taken aback at how basic and dare I say it a little dated the room was, however! The place was immaculately clean & nice and cozy.
We laughed at the tiny bed to begin with but have to say we both slept really well and comfortably.
We did have a fridge in our room which was perfect, there were also cooking facilities if you wished to cook.

Pros: Location excellent, very quiet at night even though only a ten min walk from square.
Breakfasts leaves a lot to be desired,delivered to your room in a box which you have to order the day before from the reception across the road in the red brick hotel. Go for sweet option is my advice, though in hindsight probably would not bother booking this option!
