The staff were very good, especially Gabriella. Check in and out was straightforward and easy. Getting there was tricky as it is 7km from the centre of krakow. The hotel was very clean, but a bit tired in places. Our room was satisfactory but I would rate it as a b& b as opposed to a hotel....

Lovely hotel, our room was on the first floor it was nice, has to ask for a extra pillow which came straight away. Only problem was finding the plug sockets. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Getting to the old town is easy we used bolt which is really cheap, I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Krakow...

Room was soo clean I could smell the bleach! Sheets perfectly white! But mattress! Omg! Have cut in elbow just turning over in bed! Bad Springs everywhere !! Found it strange every day/night a different person at reception? No bar facilities offered? So u got breakfast..which on 1st day we came down at 9am..most platters empty? Coffee machine not working! I asked at reception and a blonde girl immediately ran and got...

Had an amazing stay at hotel Petrus, staff are really kind and freindly towards the customers. Pillows were a bit small but apart from that the place well worth the money. Rooms are clean and tidy. The showers are perfect temperature. If I come back to Poland id definitely be come back to stay at Petrus hotel its well worth the asking price.
Also the girl with black hair with the neck tattoo on reception was a cuti...

I found the hotel basic but adequate for my needs. It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
However, air conditioning in rooms would have been nice, WiFi kept dropping out, and tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good. Also, because it is in the suburbs it was necessary to use Bolt for me but they are very reasonably priced so wasnt too much of an issue.
