I can highly recommend this hotel. The apartment was fantastic very spacious and clean. It's well located. Staff were fantastic and helpful. When we were leaving we had a problem with a taxi booking. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us resolve our problem. I can't remember her name but if she reads this review she will know who I'm referring to. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Wonderful stay in Apartment 1. Spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We found the bed/pillows very comfy. The staff are friendly, no issues at all infact our stay here exceeded our expectations. Great coffee shop nearby and a 20/30 min walk to the main square/river. We have done a lot of the tours and have enjoyed our stay in Krakow....

This hotel has an ideal location situated right by the river, cafe restaurants are in walking distance. The atmosphere is calm & collective brilliant energy from the staff. Rooms are faultless we had a two bedroom a master with an en-suite and a twin bedroom which was very spacious and a separate bathroom. The living room was great and kitchen area we had everything we needed. Value for money we are already planning ...

We stayed in apartment 26 which was spotless and had a massive bed with doors to a balcony and numerous plug points. They would benefit from some USB points.
The lounge/kitchen was of a large size with a tv which enabled screen sharing for any downloaded films on your phones for late at night, and internet usage.
The bath was massive and modern and we had underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Wonderful place! Clean, spacious, friendly and great location. 20 min from main square and tram stop opposite. Cafe attached to Plantonia does great coffee and bakery items. Highly recommend....
