Great place for a getaway

Our second visit to krakow and we picked this hotel . Its lovely well maintained , and decorated. Staff on reception very helpful
Tram stops outside so a little noise from that otherwise it would have been 5 stars , my son stayed on back of hotel and no noise so if this would bother you ask for a room at the back

Our check in was great the young lad on reception was very helpful and recommended a couple of good bars for our first night. The hotel is lovely, warm and clean with good free WiFi . Breakfast was very good lots of choice both hot and cold. The hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk over the bridge to the centre of the Jewish quarter. We can definitely recommend this hotel...

Lovely hotel, across street from tram stop, the rooms are beautiful with modern decor and facilities, with lovely high ceilings.
Breakfast is lovely and can be changed on request.
Staff are outstanding and lovely warm welcome upon arrival
Special mention for Bartosz who is very knowledgeable about the area and krakow in general. His tips made the trip better than expected.
Will definitely return in future...

We arrived at the hotel on Boxing Day 2025 at around 12pm; our room wasnt meant to be ready until 2pm but the helpful receptionist checked us in and let us go to our room early.
The Plaza Boutique is located in the Podgórze district of Krakow - the old Jewish Ghetto. So you are in a very historic place. Its around a half an hour walk to the main square, 10 minute walk to the Ghetto Heroes Square & 20 minute walk ...

A friendly, comfortable quiet hotel. Excellent service, especially from the young man at the reception desk. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Within easy walking distance of the Christmas Markets. Would highly recommend it....
