Location was fab for transport links and good restaurants within walking distance. Close to a couple of bridges for access to Jewish quarter and old town (1/2 hour walk) Didnt have breakfast here as it looked a bit mediocre. Room was clean and tended well but snacks from mini bar were never replenished. Toiletries were quite basic and so was the tea/coffee range. Found the pillows quite bulky and not the most comfor...

Fantastic hotel in a good position. A 20 min walk to the old town, it very easy to use the tram.
Staff are very helpful. Rooms are not large but sufficient Very clean.
Breakfast is excellent with a freshly cooked choice
I would recommend this hotel...

Great hotel, staff are brilliant. Very helpful and welcoming. Very knowledgeable on activities.
Lent me a plug to use all week with a USB connection on.

Would defo recommend! Only a 10-15 min tram from the centre, great rooms and great value for money. Reception staff were very kind and helpful, answering any questions we had about trips and travel....

I visited Krakow with my partner for our first time recently and we stayed in the Plaza Boutique Hotel.
The hotel is attractive from both the outside and the inside, very clean and tidy and always smelt fresh.
