We had the pleasure to stay at Premier Hotel in Kraków on our vacation last week as a family.
The hotel is very well positioned halfway between the airport and the city center in Opolska neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable to permit a full recharge after casually strolling on the streets of Kraków. Problems with hotel
1. 12 yr old been flashed by a middle 30s woman
2. boiling hot room
3. no towels
4. no coffee
5. no british tea
6. phone doesnt work
7. no milk
8. the air con barely works
9. the lamps are bent
10. shower is leaky
11. can walk straight into the womens locker room
12. ignored super sue TWICE when she tried to order drinks
13. fridge not working
14. room is tiny for 4 people

This is not a 4 star hotel.
Rooms are dated.
No airport shuttle service even though they advertise it.
Would NOT recommend....

I stayed here for 4 nights from June 1st to June 4th. It's 1 of 2 hotels situated next door to each other and owned by the same company. The premier Krakow which is the dearer of the 2 boasts the exact same as it's economy counter part with the exception of having to walk 20 yards across the car park to use the restaurant and bar. This hotel has 4 stars but it shouldnt. Room service doesnt work, you have to go by yourself to the restaurant to order and pick up your meal, breakfast costs 55 pln but its very poor, almost no choice. Room is clean but outdated (especially the bathroom with many defects). The air-con didnt work in a way to make the room warmer but it technically should have, therefore it was pretty cold.
