Hotel itself is of a very good standard, the rooms are a good size, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with enough choices. Location right by the Jewish quarter and 15 minute walk to the Old Town.
We were disappointed with the fact that both bars in the hotel were closed for the first two nights of our stay due to private functions in both bars. This wasnt explained to us during our booking or on arrival at ch...

Modern, clean, excellent facilities.
Well located - just a 5 minute walk from Krakow Zablocie station (30 mins train journey from the airport) and 25 minute walk from Krakow centre.
Our room was also modern, clean, and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable, room temperature was good, shower had good temp / pressure etc.
Atmospehere was relaxed and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Me and my wife have just visited puro Krakow kazimierz it has been one of the best places we've stayed in a long time, all the staff were polite and helpful, the food in the restaurant was fantastic the free coffee was a great idea, the room we stayed in was great. There is no complaints at all I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here again...

Immaculate and spacious double room with lovely bathroom.
Very clean and modern throughout the hotel.
Helpful staff and friendly atmosphere.
Great selection of freshly prepared hot and cold foods for breakfast. We didnt dine in the hotel in the evening so cannot comment on restaurant food.
