Excellent hotel with its own vibe and life .

So good , it's very hard to pick anything wrong. I stayed for 3 nights and this property is just about flawless. Hotel vibe , beds , bedding, towels, bathrooms etc all great. If I could pick minor things, no tissues in the room , and the tablet battery dies quickly if you take it off the stand . Food and beverage is excellent. Sauna and spa is top notch. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow....

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the train station for access to the airport. Plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep.
The Puro offer plenty of choice at breakfast. I also ate one evening in their restaurant which was good.
Hanging space for clothes is limited, other than that, I can't fault it....

Hotel Puro was, on the whole, a genuinely good stay. Warm staff, lovely rooms, well-considered spaces. Two things, however, managed to lodge themselves like small stones in comfortable shoes.

Very good hotel. Reception staff very helpful, rooms are spacious and modern with AirCon and cleaned daily. Free Coffee and Tea at reception area. Situated close to a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants....

Fabulous stay. Great location. Rooms clean, tidy and beds very comfy. Lovely breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Bakery/cafe attached is amazing as is the bar of an evening. Would definitely stay again. Attentive staff....
