Good facilities(spa and gym) but really rude staff. No customer experience or guest services. Friend got a free upgrade and we were charged double the price again for our for the same. No breakfast included with it. Only difference to the room for an extra £200 was some coffee pods and a slightly bigger room. We enjoyed out stay in Krakow although we did not think this hotel was a right fit for us.
The hotel was very clean, well equipped, had a beautiful restaurant with great food, the café and bakery were phenomenal and the spa area was modern.
Gym was quite small and weights only went up to about 10kg, not for us but for someone else.

Not long home from a recent trip to Krakow. If looking for hotels to stay, I can highly recommend the PURO in Kazimierz. I cant fault it at all. My little synopsis below
