Another great hotel from the PURO people

The people at PURO absolutely know how to run hotels. Stayed at their other places in Gdansk and Wrocław. All thoroughly enjoyable experiences. Effortless design, great staff, excellent locations. Id really struggle to find fault. The complimentary coffee and tea they offer in the lobby just finishes the stay there off perfectly. Well done and thanks for another great stay!...

Fantastic hotel

Clean. Modern. Comfy. Friendly staff. Perfect location in the Jewish quarter and only a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Bar/restaurant excellent. Cafe attached to lobby excellent. Would highly recommended and would stay here again every time I visit Krakow....

Perfect stay @Puro, very friendly welcoming with the ability to check on early. Fantastic room, lovely shower, perfect breakfast, complimentary coffee/tea/water 24/7, tasty (little too expensive) cocktails and really nicely located, all on walking distance....

Lovely modern hotel. Very pleasant helpful staff. Clean with good facilities. Excellent breakfast, probably best buffet I have had. Complimentary coffee also good with nice seating areas. Easy access to city by tran or walking.Would definitely stay again....

The perfect place to stay. The most comfortable beds, cleanliness, super competent, friendly and helpful staff, MAK restaurant with delicious pastries, also delicious food at the other restaurant, great atmosphere, great location, one of the best, if not the best place I've ever stayed at. I'll keep returning....
