Stayed in March with my partner, the place is in the heart of the city and still manages to be pretty tranquil. The reception staff are the most professional staff we have ever met, i never got his name, but the young man with the glasses was so genuinely helpful ,courteous, and welcoming he is an asset to the place, everyone in the hotel was just as nice to talk to and interact with. Well placed boutique hotel

4 of stayed for several nights at this lovely and smart boutique hotel. Each of our rooms was comfy, well appointed and spotless. Very nice en suite bathrooms.
Reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous, as were breakfast staff.
The breakfast is extensive and varied.
The sauna and spa treatment area is a real bonus.
Highly recommended.
We would all stay there again on return visits....

Just returned from a 5 night stay. WOW!! hotel is outstanding with great customer service. From the moment we checked in right up until departure we were made to feel welcome. The hotel is spotless, well maintained and modern catering for all your needs. Hotel was also in a great Central location. So very impressed and we do not have one single fault. Everything perfect Except the restroom door latch broken. Room too hot without explanation how to turn off. For the rest, the room care has been fantastic (thanks to Anna). Breakfast very very opulent...
