Fantastic staff, location and hotel!

We had stayed here 10 years as part of a long Europe trip.. this time we ended a month long Europe trek at this amazing hotel!
The hotels staff are superb and top notch from the time we arrived. We stayed 5 days, cant say enough about the staff and services here. Kudos to all !!!

All the staff could not do more to make or stay eny better.they helped with directions to some very good bars and restaurants but most of all all the staff where a pleasure to speak to and could not be more helpful. Well done to them all....

Best Hotel in Krakow

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location with amazing food staff were so friendly and helpful even when our organised trip had a very early pick up we were supplied with an exceptional take away breakfast! Very impressed, will definitely recommend and will hopefully be back....

We did the stay combined with the salt mines and Auschwitz Birkenau. Everything was perfectly arranged by the hotel from the moment we landed till the moment we left....

Arrival and Welcome
We arrived late in the evening, having notified the hotel ahead of time. The welcome was warm and efficient. Before arrival, we were asked for our preferred bed setup, duvet, and pillow type. This was a thoughtful detail.
