Almost perfect stay

We had a lovely room, breakfast was beyond expectations--the "world was our oyster" kind of buffet, plus eggs, etc. to order if desired. Location was central and excellent--the city is very walkable.
The stay would be perfect, except for one flaw. They had no mat for the bottom of tub/shower, which was elevated from the floor. I placed a towel on the tub floor after experiencing a nasty fall....

Great hotel

My daughter and I spent 4 days in this beautiful hotel. It is very convenient and walking distance to all attractions in the old town.
The staff are exceptional especially the guys working at reception. They couldn't do enough for us, organising our trip to Auschwitz with a packed breakfast and providing a hot water jars when we returned to the hotel frozen !

Able to check in after an early arrival, room at back of hotel was quiet, clean and well decorated. Service from reception and housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Breakfast depending on arrival time could be very busy, but food variety was impressive. Easy walking distance to Jewish quarter and Old Town, and numerous restaurants. Would definitely revisit....

Just back from a 4 day stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel. What a fantastic Hotel, from checkin to check out what a wonderful experience. The staff are so polite and helpful, its just a great Hotel. We had a sky room on the 4th floor, very well presented and clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice big TV to watch after a busy day of been a tourist. Great Place To Stay

from the moment we arrived the staff were amazing helpful, polite, and very accommodating, the hotel is absolutely beautiful very clean, and has everything needed for your stay, it is also very well positioned for a short walk in to old town square as well as the jewish quarter, we found some beautiful sights off the main streets by just wondering around. I will certainly be booking again when time allows....
