This hotel was excellent. The location was very good for both The Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel provided us with packed food for a day we made an early start, which was much appreciated. They helped with taxis and luggage storage too. The breakfasts provided a really good choice and was beautifully presented. Thank you for a great stay!...

Lovely hotel in a great location between the old town and Jewish quarter. My accessible room was spacious and had everything we needed. Great choice for breakfast too....

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location very central and short walking distance to Old Town, New Town and also pick up points for excursions.
Room was great, breakfast was great and the staff were 1st class.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to krakow....

Warm welcome from reception staff. Immaculately maintained hotel room. Excellent breakfast and ambiance in the hotel. Our only concern was that we had no controls to operate the A/C in our room, take it this is done centrally, therefore window needed to be kept open overnight and road noise could be heard....
