Excellent location,friendly staff.Very nice clean rooms.The breakfast was very tasteful.The eggs are not staying in the marmite,you can order them and all of them are fresh and hot.The only minus is that they dont offer late check out even for the money.We wanted to leave about 16/17 and bought all day....

Very comfortable rooms with everything supplied that you need. The food was excellent from the very comprehensive breakfast buffet to the superb tasting menu in the Amarylis Restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more pleasant.
They have a lovely Spa and Sauna area with a selection of treatments available. Book well in advance for the treatments.

The hotel is well situated for the sights of Krakow in between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Extensive breakfast choices. Great that they will provide a breakfast pack up for early trips such as Auschwitz. Enough for breakfast and lunch!
Room clean and beds comfortable with a choice of pillows (just request).
Book direct with the hotel for best rates.

We stayed at this hotel and it is centrally located between the old town and the Jewish Quarters. You can easily walk to both. The room was large and we had a balcony with a view of the castle. The breakfast was very good with a large variety. Staff were all friendly and very helpful to arrange taxi and tours....
