This was our first stay at this hotel. The hotel is warm, clean and very smart. The staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is very good quality with lots of choice. Very convenient location to walk into old town square. Would definitely stay again....

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very generous in size, spotlessly clean and a very comfy bed!
Great breakfast choice, just an all round lovely hotel.

Almost perfect stay

We had a lovely room, breakfast was beyond expectations--the "world was our oyster" kind of buffet, plus eggs, etc. to order if desired. Location was central and excellent--the city is very walkable.
The stay would be perfect, except for one flaw. They had no mat for the bottom of tub/shower, which was elevated from the floor. I placed a towel on the tub floor after experiencing a nasty fall....

Great hotel

My daughter and I spent 4 days in this beautiful hotel. It is very convenient and walking distance to all attractions in the old town.
The staff are exceptional especially the guys working at reception. They couldn't do enough for us, organising our trip to Auschwitz with a packed breakfast and providing a hot water jars when we returned to the hotel frozen !

Able to check in after an early arrival, room at back of hotel was quiet, clean and well decorated. Service from reception and housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Breakfast depending on arrival time could be very busy, but food variety was impressive. Easy walking distance to Jewish quarter and Old Town, and numerous restaurants. Would definitely revisit....
