Would stay again.
Spent 4 nights here and it was a lovely experience. Location was excellent for the main square area. The room we had was facing the rear and was very nice. The old features and size just made it for us.
Didnt have the breakfast so cannot comment on the food....

The hotel is a beautiful historic building in an excellent location.
There is always someone on reception and the staff we met were friendly.
We didnt eat breakfast so cant comment.
The main issue was our room. We were on the third floor looking out over the main road. Firstly the room was very basic no luxury here. There was not a proper window so we couldnt let in air or any natural light which I hated! Also t...

Stayed at the sister hotel to hotel Santi but had to use this hotels reception to book in and any other queries.
The hotel clerk working on reception was called VICTOR
He was an amazing young man. He was helpful and polite and went above and beyond to help us with our many questions. Thankyou victor

Great hotel great location staff lovely just leave you to come and go as you please but always there if you need anything at any time ! Very traditional hotel very clean with modern bathroom let you leave luggage for as long as you like if you have late flight ! Only thing I would say is if you a light sleeper you can hear the tram outside so maybe request a room at the back of hotel ? We stayed in room 101 it was ma...
