Great location, right in the middle of old town. Comfortable beds and huge rooms, was like a small apartment. We booked for 3 people and had 2 separate rooms. Close to Wawel castle, old town and walking distance to the train station.highly recommended....

What a little Unassuming Gem

When you first arrive it appears to be a very unassuming building and could be easily missed or passed by.
But if you do you will be sorry.
What a lovely authentic hotel right in the middle of the old town.
The trams are literally on the door step so getting around is no problem.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak great English, all credit to them.

Beware the low, slanting roof on the 3rd floor

Firstly the negative - We spent 3 nights in the Santi - and an extra night when our flight home was cancelled.
Unfortunately, Room 303 was probably the worst hotel room we have ever been allocated, nor could the receptionist change us to any other room.
We found out that all the rooms on the 3rd floor have a slanted roof owing to being no more than the attic in previous times.

Perfectly located, one minute walk to the main square of the beautiful old town.. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious rooms and with a complementary welcome dink. Would certainly recommend. Perfect for a mini break....

Hotel Santi ... A little gem in Krakow

Such a lovely hotel in a beautiful city! Our first visit and hopefully not our last. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Speedy replies to emails before our visit and all bookings made and ready for us. Prices very reasonable and rooms a good size with comfortable beds.
Yes, trams run literally past front door but did not spoil anything. Earplugs supplied. Highly recommended....
