This hotel is one of the best weve stayed in. From checking in to checking out we loved our stay. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The rooms were so big and comfortable with 4 beds,2 sofas and a chair. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels for everyone. Coffee, tea &bottled water supplied and replenished everyday. Plus the offer of a free drink on our first night.

Lovely, quirky, authentic hotel. Warm welcome from friendly, helpful staff, who were great all through our visit. Room was enormous and very well equipped. Bed very comfortable and decent shower.
The hotel is located right on the road with a tramline in front of it and bars / restaurants near to it. We were at the back so didnt hear a thing.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever been too. I have never encountered such helpful, kind and respectful staff in a hotel. The lady at the reception during night shift was very helpful. She helped us with everything; bus, restaurant suggestions, and answered all our requests.

Great location, lovely staff and a good breakfast. We stayed in Grodska 21 apartments but checked in and out via Hotel Santi. Well looked after. I would definitely recommend and the location is brilliant. Just got to the hotel in time to see the last 20 mins of the Euro 24 final...

Ideally placed in the heart of the old town of Krakow. The Hotel Santi is on a street called Dominikanska, a road that that runs from east to west across the roads that lead to the Main Square in Krakow, it is only about 300 metres, thats only 5 minutes walk to the Main Market Sware and about 8 minutes to Wawel Royal Castle.
