The hotel is fantastic. The rooms were huge and spotlessely clean. It is perfectly ocation just off the main square and was a great base for us to explore Krakow.
The only downside for us was being charged £49.95 for 3 continental breakfasts. We explained to the staff member on duty in the breakfast room that we just wanted the continental breakfast but found upon checkout that we had been charged for 3 full cooked...

Fabulous little hotel just off the main square in the Old Town Krakow
Roomy bedroom with unlimited hot water and a comfortable bed
Very pleasant reception staff who could not have been more helpful
Very good breakfastall cooked fresh to order
Situation is perfect with at least10 restaurants within a five minute walk...

Very lovely hotel,rooms are spacious and very clean staff are excellent will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Located about 100m from the main square, they will organize all tours and transfers to the airport.

This hotel is perfect in every way...we stayed as a group of 9 I booked aushwitz.salt mines and schindlers factory all through the hotel and the taxi to and from the airport. Every trip/transfer was excellent,on time and worth every penny. A special thank you to marta for replying to my emails(prior to us arriving) and there was a lot of them lol promptly and assured me every step of the way that everything would be ...

This hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is a beautiful old building with lovely, well appointed rooms. The hotel is very close to the old town square and convenient to everything you would need. My family loved staying here and I would definitely look to come back here again...
