Ideally placed for the old town. Very old building (former bishops' residence) with very thick stone walls and nearly visible frescos. The tramline is right outside the front of the hotel, but our very spacious room was at the back, so we weren't disturbed, in fact we slept very well. There was no separate shower, but our bathroom had a shower over the bath.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Krakow.. on the whole its a really very nice hotel and about as central as you can get to the market square and cloth hall. In centuries past it was a monastery and it has loads of character. It also has real keys. We were in room 106, it was huge. We've stayed in 5* suites that were nowhere near as big. Well located hotel with some real history to it. (There could of perhaps been more information available about its history in our opinion) Our room (a suite) was large with a sitting area, an excellent bed, a good sized bathroom and was reasonably well equipped. Lovely hotel in a excellent location. Stayed in a quad room which was spacious and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful, both prior to our stay in helping arrange plans and during. Lovely breakfast in the morning to set us up for the day. Great all round stay....

Hotel Santi is in a superb location, only 5 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is very nicely appointed and our room was very large and comfortable, although we would have liked more pillows (which were not available).
