First Krakow visit, family trip

Perfect central location, with such friendly and helpful staff.
Our one bed room flat had everything you needed for a five night stay.
The air con coped with the recent heatwave quietly.
Our fourth floor room overlooked the courtyard and was so peaceful.
Would recommend to all, and we will be back.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the square. The taxi's/users drop off just around the corner. Close & accessible to attractions.
The room was spotlessly clean, had a small kitchen area which was useful & ensuite.
Reception staff were lovely & extremely helpful, especially the new girl, who sadly I cannot remember her name

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in May for a few days during a city break to Krakow. The hotel is right on the main square in the old town, just a few minutes walk from the castle. We rented one of the two bedroom apartments at the rear of the building. Although this did not overlook the main square as some of the other apartments do, this did not detract at all from the experience. The apartment itself was spotl...

Just returned from a 4 Night stay here whilst visiting the sites of Poland, the hotel was clean & modern, it has a fantastic location yards from all the bars and restaurants, we had Room 44 which had Great views over the square.. would highly recommend. We would 100% return....

Centrally located hotel on the main square. We had a studio room slept 3 with views of the main square. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The room has a kitchen with everything to make a meal. We did not use anything other than the kettle. With so many restaurants and bars outside of the hotel we really didnt need it.
