i stayed in the Venetian apartment in last week in February with my two sister it was for a special birthday. I can only say the places we booked was amazing a two bedroom room the check in was easy they give a code for door and the lift is just beside the room was very big, lots of space, very clean it was cold outside but the room was always warm we were on the old town squarefaceing out the back we could not he...

Nice, great location, but room for improvement

We had a one bedroom suite (49) which was lovely and quiet. It faced the courtyard which was good for noise but also meant we were overlooked so needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy.
The bedroom and kitchen are huge and it was nice to have so much space.
Decor was simple and stylish and it was very clean.

2 night trip 3 adults. Beautiful spacious clean and comfortable apartment with all amenities needed. Location perfect step outside right into Market square with all shops , bars and restaurants to hand.
Staff very friendly and helpful could not fault. Will definitely return....

Stunning rooms and brilliant location. We upgraded the room to the main square view which was definitely worth the money. Although you are right in the busy centre you hear absolutely no noise. Comfortable bed and tv with all channels. Perfect stay for a comfortable city break...

What a gem this place is! Perfectly located, the staff are lovely, and the place is spotless. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Krakow....
