The location is right on the main square in the old town. We had a superior room with a veiw overlooking the square.The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, on call 24 hours for anything we needed.
We were worried about the noise being on the main square but with quadruple glazing the room was so quiet and lovely warm.
There was a small kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, ...

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Our room had amazing views of the market square, the Christmas markets, and the Christmas tree. We were within easy walking distance of many amazing sightseeing opportunities. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The amenities in the room were excellent....

A great place to stay right on the main square and a short enough walk to the main train station and shopping centre. The rooms, when we stayed, were spotlessly clean and with good kitchen facilities if needed. You cannot get a more central location in Krakow....

Absolutely perfect location,right on the main square. Very clean with the most gorgeous staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was excellent,cosy and clean. Loved it here and will most definitely return....

3 nights at the Venetian House with five other couples. Excellent location, right on the square in the Old Town. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room did not have much in the way of a view but we were only in there to sleep and shower. The bathroom big enough, good shower. Towels were only changed on request, and we asked for clean after two days. When they were changed, our room was 'made up' again which was a bonu...
