Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to Old Town, tram and bus stop outside hotel. Clean, tidy hotel. Breakfast could not be faulted. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had room to front of hotel with rumble of trams passing (didnt bother us, but may others)...

The location of this hotel is brilliant. Our room is very small, but because its at the back of the hotel we can keep the windows open without it being too noisy.
Upon arrival, the reception area was bright, welcoming and smelt lovely. The staff were ok, not much hospitality.
The bed is comfy, very soft mattress. Pillows are lumpy. The water pressure for the shower is really good, but the temperature does fluctuat...

Great budget hotel

Arrived and looked after bags until check in time. Our room was not a double as requested but reception staff gave us a bigger room straight away, amazing. The reception people were very helpful, nothing was too much hassle. The room is small but very clean. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. The breakfast was fantastic, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, meats cheeses etc.

Went here as 2 couples. The location is fantastic and is only a short walk to the central square.
We opted for breakfast and every day we were not disappointed. Its so much more than just continental. Always hot food available and it changed every day the 4 nights we stayed.
It could be busy at times but there were tables outside you could eat at.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
