Great budget hotel

Arrived and looked after bags until check in time. Our room was not a double as requested but reception staff gave us a bigger room straight away, amazing. The reception people were very helpful, nothing was too much hassle. The room is small but very clean. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. The breakfast was fantastic, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, meats cheeses etc.

Wonderful place to enjoy short break in Krakow

Went here as 2 couples. The location is fantastic and is only a short walk to the central square.
We opted for breakfast and every day we were not disappointed. Its so much more than just continental. Always hot food available and it changed every day the 4 nights we stayed.
It could be busy at times but there were tables outside you could eat at.
Everything was spotlessly clean.

We have just got back from krakow , we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights , we booked a city view room which was small and cramped, it had a tiny window and it was not a good room as it was very noisy at night , they did move us to the back of the hotel with a balcony which was so much better, so if you book make sure you book a room overlooking the garden , it has no aircon but we left windows open at night , the bed...

Clean well located hotel

Came to this hotel on a recent 4 day trip to krakow , we came to visit the concentration camps and the salt mines I didnt take any photos of the hotel room but it was very small. At least ours was , a dressing table with mirror and a double bed , coat hangers didnt fit in the very narrow wardrobe but there were narrow shelves for storage , our window was a French door that looked out on the garden which was lovely...

3 night city stay

Had a lovely comfortable 3 night stay here. The room was very clean and housekeeping was done daily. We were at the front of the hotel and could hear traffic/trams etc but didn't affect our sleep. Stayed in a twin room with my daughter and the beds were comfy, there are tea/coffee making facilities and towels included. Perfect location for the main square. Would definitely stay here again ...
