Titanic Mardan Palace

Having read Angie Moretons review I can confirm that what she has said is true. I read the response from the hotel and would like to give my response. Regarding the food being cold in the main restaurant I found to be true, the only meals I found hot were the soup and omelette the rest were either warm or cold. The reply from the hotel said that food was kept at 75 to 90, I can prove that to be not true. On our third night while we were sat at our table in the restaurant one of the customer relations staff came to our table to ask if everything was fine so I told him about the food and took him to where the mushrooms were and asked him to try one. He did and said to me they're cold and then to try the chips he said they're cold as well and that related to most of the food on display. Regarding the cats we were on our way back to our room at about 11 pm and passing the Mardan Bistrol which was closed but as you walk past the automatic doors open and we saw a cat sitting on one of the tables and on the floor were her 2 kittens, needless to say we did not eat in there, I so there is no control over the cats in the restaurants. A great pity as the hotel has spent thousands in decor but nothing to improve the points I have raised.

I stay here last week with freinds top class hotel from the moment you drive on to the grounds it's more then the wow factor the staff can't do enough for you friendly helpful nothing to much trouble just a fantastic place to stay and the food is out of this world

Firstly I would like to say that the hotel is certainly palatial, the furniture, furnishings and decor are luxurious. We had a pool duplex suite, which was perfect and cleaned every day although the re stock of the mini bar was a bit hit and miss. The main buffet restaurant food was warm/cold every lunchtime and evening, we did mention it to the manager and chef on quite a few occasions but nothing changed, the only hot meal that we had was when we paid to go to the fish a la carte restaurant which was very nice. If you love cats you will love it here but if like us you hate them you will not be impressed, there are quite a lot roaming around the pool areas but even worse they are in the restaurants which is totally unacceptable. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we would never return for the reasons mentioned.
