Hotel is amazing, beautiful views, rooms and casino are very clean and the food is delicious. Great selection of restaurants. If you havent seen the Show O already I recommend you watch as well!...

Check-in was smooth but the early check-in I was charged for was not worth the money. There needs to be more clarification on the 24 hour restaurant and what they serve at a certain time. We never received the food we ordered but they still took the tip we left on the order. Checkout day felt rushed. I started receiving text messages and emails to checkout at 5am the day of. We stayed for 3 nights, check in was chaos with not enough staff members on duty to check people in. We booked via Amex and were given a few extra cash benefits, which included guaranteed late check out at 4pm. This morning I called down to be told we had to leave by 1pm, I explained that we had guaranteed check out at 4pm.
