I was recommended to stay at the Bellagio instead of Cesar Palace because supposedly it was a much nicer hotel with better service. The service that I was provided was very insulting. I was going through the casino and trying to find my way back to the hotel room and I asked three hostesses where to find my room and they ignored me. Dirty, run down and nasty

This place has gone in the toilet.. Dirty, lack of service and just plain run down. You can't even find someone to buy a drink from while you are.playing blackjack.. Sat for 1.5 hours playing video blackjack and not one server came by. Head back to the dirty (mold in the bathroom, dried ketchup on the carpet and dingy carpet outdated room) and no attendant watching elevators that are supposed to be card only admitta...

Rooms had construction going on but we werent told which made it impossible for us to rest and relax, for me to work as it was too loud to be on the phone, and for us to enjoy the room. They only offered a $150 resort credit initially for a 4 night stay which doesnt even pay for dinner which made us have to call back down for more as it should have been a $250 credit per day inconvenience. Beautiful place, very nice pool(s). Como is great for breakfast. No place to shop for souvenirs (other than high-end shopping). Beds are very comfortable - nice size room, but little room to store your clothes.

We had a strip view spa room which means that it had a bathtub along with a separate shower. There are bathrobes and slippers (which you can take since they can't reuse slippers). Our view was of the fountain and the hotels across the street which was Paris, Planet Hollywood and Horseshoe.
