We got there at midnight to check in. Stood in line for 2 hours for them to tell us that they ran out of rooms and had to send us to another hotel. They were super rude. Would disapppear in the back for 20+ minutes at time. The manager was even more rude than the person helping us. They offered to send us to the Horsehoe for one night. We would need to check out at 11 and the room we booked and paid for at the Caesar...
