One of the worst customer service I have experienced in any hotel. First they charge me twice for early check-in without giving me the room before regular check-in time. Then I get to the room and the phone is not working. Takes them 2 days to fix the phone. The bell desk is rude and obnoxious. Every other hotel I stayed on the trip was so much better and didnt have to deal with this attitude....

Caesars Palace is quintessential Las Vegas, rich history in a beautiful resort, friendly staff, great food, gaming and shopping....

We came early becouse our fly got move 2hours early ,we arrived to the hotel at 12:30pm,we pay 35 dolares extra and the room was gives to us at 3:30pm when we pick up the room key the lady no even giving us dirección to the room very rude and not profesional....
