The mark of the Employee of The Year is the ability to solve issues in a professional and mutually beneficial manner. Shawn Sparta (Senior Rewards Manager for all of Caesars Las Vegas properties) is just that definition and I cant think of anyone more deserving of said recognition!

Beautiful attraction with money plucking rooms

Check the photo attached , these items were accidentally touched and the sensor machines reported these items as purchased , its really a headache now. The attractions inside the hotel are so beautiful, the customer service always smile but they dont help much. Cleanliness is good , not much of smoke smell when compared to flamingo...

Booked a colosseum tower room as this tower was most recently renovated. Room was a good size. Furnishing relatively new. The deadbolt on the door was wobbly and just hanging on, needed maintenance. There were weird knocking sounds in the bathroom after using the shower, but they subsided after a while. View was not great, I looked out to the colosseum arena and construction sites for the future hard rock hotel. The ...

April was amazing front desk attendant and the room was stunning. Vegas at its best! I would highly recommend staying at Cesars palace. The view of the strip from our room was amazing. Its a huge casino but if you look for the signs its easier to find your way around....

Id always wanted to stay at Caesars Palace. I dont usually stay this high end. I found the experience exceptional from the check in to the last day of our stay. The hotel has made its processes very efficient and user friendly. My grandchildren loved their rooms and felt like royalty. So much to see and do, the location was easy to navigate.
