We are long time players at Caesars Palace. On our recent visit my slot card was compromised. When I first went for help at Caesars rewards I didn't feel my complaint was taken seriously. Then, Ivan Valino, the Supervisor got involved. He was amazing. He continually kept me up to date with the investigation and is a genuinely wonderful young man. He is a blessing to the property! Fourth trip to Vegas first stay at Caesars Palace. Ive got to say not impressed whatsoever. My room was good size. Thats where the complements end Called housekeeping to the room to show them how dirty it was 400+ a night it should be clean the funny thing is l see tons of employees, sweeping dusting and cleaning the casino floor not in the room so much Dont get me started about the restaurants. The staff is exceptional and really helps with everyone request. There were a couple small issues with my trip and Rafael Burgos made them all right. He was fantastic and his service was truly one of the best I have ever had at any hotel. If you like good service and a good room, go here. ...

Our room was nice (we upgraded), and the hotel itself was nice too. We had a good time, but there were a few problems that got old. We thought our jacuzzi had an issue so the staff put in an order for an engineer to come to our room in the evening. We needed to be in the room, so I asked if they could come the next morning instead. I was assured that was fine. The engineer came that night anyway. I then asked very ex...

Dont stay in this hotel !!!!its a scam .The pool is open for everyone. not checking if you are in this hotel or not . plus when you enter in the pool they kick you out from place because there is some private event To enter to your floor you dont need a card , so everyone can enter . The rooms are old . this is not a 5 stars hotel !!!!...
