Kiana on the front desk was incredibly helpful during check-in and set me up for a great stay with suggestions on things to do in town like Meow Wolf! Caesars is exactly as you would imagine it from all the other reviews, but it is expensive to dine-in and some elements of the room could do with replacing -- a few fixtures and fittings past their best. It's plenty busy mid-week, but really comes alive at weekends....

We had a brilliant stay at Caesars!!
We were upgraded to the Augustus tower with a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains. This made the room a lot easier to access from the main areas of the resort so would highly recommend this.
The room was clean and spacious. Decorated nicely. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The staff were all kind and helpful.

The initial room we were given had a cigarette smell that was covered up by deodorizer and knew we would not be able to stay in that room. We went back to the front desk and Seifer helped us immediately change rooms and ensure we were taken care of. Could not thank him enough for the room change and his help....

No hot water for your shower in the morning. No bathtub. Carpet was musty. No complementary coffee. Bed was okay.
Casino is less smokey than other casinos. Staff was polite. Coffee was overpriced. Pastries looked good and tasted fine. The restaurant menu prices were reasonable and looked pretty good....

I was completely disappointed with my stay at Caesars Palace. This was my first time here, and while I initially had high expectations as a Caesars Rewards member, the experience was far from what I anticipated.
The issues with the room were numerous:
The TV didnt work at all.
The dresser doors were broken.
The bathroom door was damaged and wouldnt close properly.
The shower head was broken, and water leak...
