Estella in the reception area was superb ! Kind, diligent and most of all friendly with a genuine desire to give us a great experience . Caesars Palace has been my favorite place for many years ! Besides of rooms that are so nice , gambling for me ONLY AT CAESARS ! My host Susie Stassi also the very best in the world ! GO CAESARS !...

Beautiful place ,plenty of restaurants excellent location,but what made my trip amazing was the check in Saifer McQueen did amazing job, he was very attentive and made us feel so welcome....

Don forget items in the room

I accidentally left my Apple Watch 10 in the room when we checked out. Didnt realize it until we got home and it tracked to an apartment complex outside of town. Completed a list item report and made that known. Even provided the address it is STILL tracking to and got nothing. Filled out a police report. Got nothing. I realize I shouldnt have left the watch but I hoped folks would be honest and turn it in.

First time at CAESARS PALACE was phenomenally magical

RYAN made the experience so much better. We were on a floor in a room next to an elevator and he was able to upgrade us since he noticed it was our first time at CAESARS PALACE and he made sure our first time was the best experience in which it was now we want to go back and want to stay there again. Can't believe I didn't stay here before however the CAESARS REWARDS / SPORTSBOOK is so much better here than in other ...
