A distopian experience, never to be repeated. Very overpriced and disappointing food - we had steaks (average) and scallops (overcooked). Chips like in McDonalds (terrible). No proper sides (spinach? forget it).
The outdoor experience felt like a motel in the middle of nowhere. Using pool chairs requires a separate payment (what on earth is that?). Blasting music can give you a headacke. Purpose: don't spend t...

I stopped by Caesars Palace to pick something up at the customer service desk and Ms. Corazon B. was very helpful and kind. She is the type of individual you definitely want working in your establishment....

Palace Tower was excellent. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Fitness center was excellent. The Vanderpump Wine Garden was the best restaurant on the property and the best value. Other restaurants are over priced for ok quality....

Seifer McQueen started the check in process out wonderfully, and was pleasant as ever. Caesars is without a doubt my favorite Vegas spot because of the location, layout, and customer service. When you check in, ask for Seifer, and everything will be perfect after that. Im blessed to be here!!...
