Caesars palace - need to learn from others wrt room amenities

So I am rewriting my review as Caesars got better as the stay improved. The bell desk people especially Bill was very helpful as my husband had to use one of their scooters for the stay. They stored it when we left and helped us with our luggage. We upgraded to exec suite in the Colosseum tower which was great since we went to the terrific Blake Shelton concert.

Not a great hotel amongst vegas

This hotel is dated and old. Smells like sewage througho8t the casino. Dont know why. Asked for late checkout ans the front desk was insanely rude like I was asking for their first born. I would look at 10 hotels in Vegas before thinking about staying here again....

Great bathrooms in our room

Room king size bed. Room was huge. Casino area way to big kept getting lost trying to get to my room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room needed some updates and for the price DEFINITELY better toilet paper. The best part of the whole place was we had 2 bathrooms and huge shower....

We were amazed at how fun and beautiful Caesars Palace was. This was our first time in Vegas and we had such a wonderful time. We tried many of the restaurants in Caesars and loved them all. Emma, who helped us check in and also helped us understand the layout of the hotel was so nice and helpful. We will be recommending friends and family to stay here!...
