I travel to Vegas for work quite a bit and surprisingly never stayed at Caesars until now. My room was in the Palace tower. Like all casinos, Caesars is confusing and it took me awhile to get the hang of where the tower was. My room itself was pretty spacious and fairly comfortable. But even though they renovated this tower not long ago I still found the furniture to be dated and worn. Basically nothing special. Hous...

Disappointing

My room had no body wash or shampoo in the container in the shower. I phoned about this. The next day, no one came to clean the room. I phoned three times before someone came. And still -- no one put body wash or shampoo in the room. Really poor....

We went to Vegas for pur Sons 21st Birthday, I had emailed the hotel prior as my son has multiple allergies and wanted to make sure as it was his bday we had rooms on the same floor. From the 1st email Adam was so responsive and helpful kindly giving us an upgrade which wasn't expected. Good room and location but man do they want every single penny out of your pocket. No coffee pods just the machine. Want WiFi? extra charge for 3rd device, can not remove a device once connected. Wanna check in early extra charge. Want to use fridge in the room well cannot. Accidentally removed bottle of water from the mini bar, extra charge. All this on top of insanely high room rate. This resort is huge. Stayed for 3 nights and didnt get to see all of it. Travelled with 2 toddlers. We had the cheapest rooms in the Julius tower and they were great. The food court was very handy for quick meals. Hotel was in a great spot on the strip. Next to Bellagio and directly across the street from the Lin promenade. We got a really great price and glad we stayed here from Australia...
