Best, cleanest place in Vegas. Great shoppes, food, near everything. Friendly staff that helps with all things you will need during your stay. Great elevator banks that arent too packed. If you dont stay at this place, youre doing Vegas wrong....

i will never stay anywhere else. You can be in the Palazzo and never need to leave the Hotel. Lots of things to do. Best food, Casinos, and the best Suites ANYWHERE....

Terrible customer service and inaccurate billing

Update: if you need guest relations for complaints etc make sure you email, Valerie was wonderful and even helped me contact billing manager even though that wasn't her area. If you are not getting anywhere with the billing department ask for Jade, the manager. She was understanding and while I still feel upset About everything and did not enjoy my stay, even a little compensation and understanding goes somewhere.

This was our first time at the Venetian, we were in town for the Eagles Concert at the Sphere and to celebrate a birthday. Great choice of resorts. Accessing the Sphere was so easy, the rooms were so nice, and we actually won some money. Only improvement would be to add a coffee maker to the room. The line for Starbucks for the morning coffee is long....

Love this hotel, the suites are large and perfect for a family of 4 (kids aged 9 and 12). Have stayed here before and as always the service is great. We got a lovely view of the strip on the 42nd Floor. The lifts always quick. The pool area is great - lots of choice but annoyingly no umbrellas at all. Unless you get a cabana there is no way to get shade other than to find naturally shady spots and live around as the...
