The service was excellent and the rooms were well appointed and spotless. Even though the property is very large, everyone was very willing to take you where you needed to go and answer any questions you may have....

My mom and I stayed at the Palazzo and LOVED it. Huge rooms, great service, some of the best restaurants are close by, and of course walkable to the sphere!!...

Have stayed at the Venetian several times, so wanted to try Palazzo and would highly recommend!
Easy and friendly check-in even though we were early.
Awesome room with great bathroom with shower and tub, nice view overlooking the pool.
Everyone we encountered at the resort was friendly and helpful....

I recently stayed at The Palazzo and had an overall great experience. The Strip location is convenient but not chaotic, and the property is beautiful and well-maintained. The suite was spacious and comfortable, feeling more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, which made it very easy to relax.

Lovely suite, very comfortable bed, excellent storage and seating and luxurious bathroom.
Unfortunately no coffee maker and the minibar had no storage space and if drinks moved they were automatically charged for. Going down to the Grand Lux Café or Starbucks for a drink was not convenient and rather spoilt our stay....
