Cristina Hotel is on a hill. Fantastic for views.
The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Lots of coach parties which makes for a high turnover of guests in dining room at meal times so its busy.
That said staff are efficient and helpful.
Food is plentiful and filling from the buffet. Breakfast very repetitive.
I pre requested a twin bedded room both on booking and by emailing Directly to the hotel but on arriv...

Very good hotel. It is up on a hill so be prepared for the walk. However there is a bus service for a small fee but this only runs up until a certain time. The best thing about this hotel is the view. Absolutely stunning. We were so pleased that we upgraded to a panoramic view room which was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, bathroom lovely and room cleaned every day. As the weather wasnt great, we couldnt use the ...

Am very dissapointed as the place was lovey but reception stuff terrible and unacceptable I came into the hotel at night time raining with my daughter on my hands I asked him for directions to my room he gave me keys he's telling me go through the gardens and you'll find it so I did but by the time my daughter got soaking wet i coudent find it as it was nigth and hotel is very big so I went back to the reception roo...

HF Holiday guest here. On the plus side - great position with views of lake, clean and with friendly staff. Minus side - one mile uphill from ferry jetty not good after full day walk, huge size of hotel (150+ rooms) and dreadful dining conditions.
Rooms - clean but noisy, with use of loos and flushing of loos / draining of bathwater from all directions

Beautiful hotel excellent views ! Food was amazing free wine at dinner all you want to drink ! Room Beautiful and very modern ! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained we will definitely come back! My family also loved the hotel and will return !...
