Outstanding experience in every way. Front desk personnel were very warm, friendly and helpful. Room was very nice although the light switch for the bathroom is outside the bathroom. Beds are comfy and the complementary drinks and treats are a nice touch. Endless restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast spread also very nice....

This hotel is central to everything and very well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic, great restaurant and bar on site. The service was fabulous. Pedro Falcao was so helpful. The rooms are small but the bathroom is large. Set up nicely, comfortable beds and quiet, which was great. I would 100% come back. I highly recommend this hotel. ...

Perfect hotel in Lisbon

Wonder fun hotel in the perfect location. We enjoyed so many extra touches that made our stay extra special. A highlight of our trip was a two hour walking tour led my Pedro the services manager. Dont miss it!
We will most definitely stay here again....

Amazing hotel in a fun, welcoming city

Pedro & the Baixa team made us feel so at home. They helped solve a couple of problems (that were entirely our fault!), and gave our transport-mad toddler a toy tram to remember his stay in Lisbon. Super family-friendly place. Our child slept all through the night in his comfy cot with the blackout blinds....

Hotel da Baixa two hour walking tour

This was our first time in Lisbon, so the two hour walking tour was very helpful and gave us lots of ideas of what to do while we were here.
Pedro Falcao was very knowledgeable and paid attention to everyones requests and needs.
Highly recommend this tour and the Hotel da Baixa....
