Hotel da Baixa and Walking tour

The room is very comfortable. We appreciate having our water refreshed regularly. The breakfast is very delicious with a lot of variety. The reception staff is always very helpful.
We really enjoyed the free walking tour with Pedro who was informative and friendly. We learned many things about the city and many places to go to on our own.
We will certainly recommend the Hotel da Baixa to anyone who travels to Lisbo...

The hotel and everyone who works here is fantastic, especially Pedro Falco, the Guest Services Manager. Pedro made great restaurant recommendations, planned site seeing activities and was overall amazing at making us feel welcome and very special! We will miss seeing Pedro and staying at this beautiful hotel when we go back home to Canada.

This is a beautiful, well appointed hotel with excellent service. Its location is perfect for exploring Lisbon.
Our room was on the small side if you compare it to American standards, but it was so thoughtfully designed - there was a place for everything - and it did not feel cramped at all. The bathroom was large with a great shower.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of hot and cold foods.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights with my family. I have been to many hotels around the world and I can honestly say this hotel had the best client service of all the hotels i have been to. The hotels client services manager Pedro cares about his customers. He was amazing. Friendly, helpful, kind. The hotel is wonderful. Great location and a clean elegant vibe with thoughtful attention to detail. Excellent buffet breakfast and comfy bar with occasional live music.
