I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel da Baixa - it was the perfect place to stay. The location is excellent, walkable to many, many beautiful and interesting places, as well as very close to trams and a train station. STAY AT HOTEL DA BAIXA !!!!

From the moment we walked in the lobby after a long day of traveling we were met with a warm welcome from the staff.
When we walked into the room, it had such a place of comfort and relaxation to rest our weary heads.
The next few mornings we had a delicious breakfast, also we had omlets made to order that we're delicious.
The hotel staff made suggestions on dinner, as well help with navigating the city.

Great Hotel In Baixa

We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting Lisbon. The hotel was great, and is in very good location, close to many attractions and transportation options. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the plentiful amenities that were offered (Including a very nice hair straightener). Would definitely stay here again....

Hotel was in the perfect location close to everything. reception from check-in welcome drinks and snacks were wonderful!! Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very attentive. We took a walking tour with Pedro Falcão (Guest Service Manager) who was THE BEST! He gave us great tips for daily itinerary, booked Sintra trip, and more! Excellent service all around!...

Fabulous Hotel in Baixa

Excellent hotel with first rate service. The location is very convenient as it is near Rossio Square as well as the river. The included breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!...
