This hotel and service provided has been simply awesome. Mr Pedro, our Guest Service Manager was exceptional in ensuring that all our needs were met during our trip. We will definitely be back....

We had a brilliant three night stay here. Really simple to get to on the Metro from the airport. Baixa, unlike most of Lisbon, is pretty flat which helped on the short walk from Rossio metro station. It's on a car free road (although there are trams that go past) so actually pretty quiet location despite being super central.

Stunning, boutique hotel in the heart of Historic downtown Lisboa. So in the heart, cars cant drive on the road, only the city shuttle, so be prepared to walk a small block. The reception was friendly and attentive, our room was ready upon check-in and they are extremely responsive as my friend who made the booking had to modify and add my name and all done so very quickly. Location is perfect and within walking distance.
Staff very friendly and approachable. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
I wish I had more days in Lisbon would defintely stay longer at Hotel da Baixa.
I will definitely stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visiting Lisbon

Supper friendly staff. First day the gave us a walking tour of Lisbon with really knowledgeable tour lead Pedro. Pedro was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended...
