Perfect Pre-Cruise Hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Da Baixa for a night before a cruise. What a good choice. Everything was perfect from the limo pick-up at the airport to the quality of the room, the very friendly service and the limo to the cruise port next morning. But the biggest benefit was the superb location of the hotel within walking distance of all the old town attractions. We will be back next year for another pre-cruise night....

Beautiful hotel, convenient location - FANTASTIC STAFF. Pedro is especially helpful with great assistance booking trains, making reservations and genuinely treating you like a member of their family. Excellent place to stay with children....

Just home from a marvelous stay at Hotel Da Baixa. My wife and I spent the last few days of an early Spring trip to Europe in Lisbon, our first time to Portugal. We found the whole experience here warm, inviting, yet still professional. We will absolutely stay here the next time we come to Lisbon. This is an absolutely lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean, airy, and welcoming. A perfect blend of modern updates and classic charm, and a great value. The downstairs bar is cozy, with excellent service. Across the board, the service was excellent and we felt very welcome. We stayed in Lisbon for a few days, then continued on to Porto.
