We had a brillant time at this hotel.The location is great as everything is on your doorstep.The free walking tour with Pedro was informative,fun,and great, even thou it was 2 hours it went quick, plus a free drink at the end which you need after the walk.
Pedro is a great host(Butler) he takes pride in all residents of the hotel.It was my finacee 60th Birthday. Pedro made sure all my surprises went smoothly for her ...

In regards to the walking tour included with the stay - Fascinating, energetic, and educational. Walked in with my partner and walked out with a new group of friends. Thank you Pedro for being so patient, so enthusiastic and beyond kind. If you are staying at the hotel I cannot recommend this enough! An amazing hotel right in the Baixa area. All our needs were catered to by the thoughtful staff. Pedro, the manager, went above and beyond any expectations during the morning walk experience, he is very charming and full of knowledge. It was a great stay and a great introduction to Lisbon, considering it was my Fiancée and Is first time in the city....

We stayed here twice during our trip to Portugal. From the walking tour with Pedro to the bartender's espresso martini... it was perfect! We even received an upgraded room on our second stay!!...

Great stay at Hotel Da Baixa. Very nice hotel with attentive staff. Guest Service Manager, Pedro, was very helpful. He also gave a wonderful and informative tour. You have to take the free tour a great way to start your stay....
