We had an awesome time at this hotel in Lisbon . Thanks to the professional and utmost cordial employees and managers that provided us with all the attention and care . Will certainly advise others to stay at this location. They also organized all our tours and were very helpful in changing the schedule as needed....

This hotel was exceptional from the minute we walked into the door. Highly trained and professional staff with great knowledge of the area. We reserved 2 day tours and a FADO dinner through their guest services prior to anrriving and all have been wonderful experiences. Love Hotel da Baixa!
The staff is incredibly attentive (especially Pedro) and always looking to make your day a bit better. We found the breakfast to be excellent with good variety. I would 100% recommend and would stay here again to explore Lisbon more....

I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel da Baixa - it was the perfect place to stay. The location is excellent, walkable to many, many beautiful and interesting places, as well as very close to trams and a train station. From the moment we walked in the lobby after a long day of traveling we were met with a warm welcome from the staff.
When we walked into the room, it had such a place of comfort and relaxation to rest our weary heads.
The next few mornings we had a delicious breakfast, also we had omlets made to order that we're delicious.
The hotel staff made suggestions on dinner, as well help with navigating the city.
