    The H10 Big Sur is an adults-only hotel right on the shorefront of Los Cristianos, with chic interiors and sweeping sea views.

    The outdoor pool at this hotel's surrounded by daybeds and palm trees, with a hot tub and bar sitting to the side. There's a buffet restaurant and an à la carte* eatery, as well as a sea-view terrace that hosts laidback live music in the evenings. Daytime activities include yoga, water polo and aqua aerobics.

    Adults only hotel that has been sympathetically renovated/updated. The public rooms (reception area, bar, restaurant, etc.) are light and open with pleasant decorations. There is live entertainment provided every night. The pool area is set in mature gardens and is very pleasing on the eye with plenty of sun loungers and relaxation pods. Breakfast is the usual buffet with hot and cold items, omelettes and pancakes are cooked to order and there is something to appeal to all tastes. Dinner is also buffet-style in the main restaurant but there is also a small restaurant serving a la carte delicious meals - it is recommended to book a table here. The staff go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel can not be faulted; it is right on the seafront and it is just a few minutes pleasant walk along the promenade one way to the bars and restaurants in the old town and the other way to further bars and restaurants and the site of the large weekly market. There is a small supermarket next door to the hotel which sells a vast array of items. It is well-worth paying the reasonable extra charge to have a room with a sea view as the outlook over the harbour is excellent and the sunsets spectacular from the large balconies provided. The room and bathroom was well fitted out and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel and look forward to returning soon.
    Great time until the lock down

    We had a lovely holiday until the last 4days when it was lockdown. The staff at this hotel were lovely and so helpful. I am gluten free and our waiter use to show me around saying what I can eat etc., Rooms were spotless - although there was a coffee machine I prefer tea in the morning so requested a kettle (Free) just make sure the maid leaves teabags. It certainly worth having a sea view on a high floor. On the 8th you have two sun decks one each end of hotel with brollies. During the lock down which was horrendousl bar was closed. So when the police went by a quick move to the supermarket for wine etc., The hotel is in an ideal position.Food good. We certainly enjoyed staying at the Big Sur would like to return again at a later date. So when this virus hopefully goes soon, if you book this hotel you will certainly enjoy your stay.

    This was our 4th time at H10 Big Sur and it was as wonderful as ever. We love everything about this hotel. The staff are marvellous - kind, helpful, attentive and efficient. We always book a superior room as they have a big balcony with 2 sun loungers and a sun shade. I would recommend booking a sea/pool view room as they get the sun. The food is excellent and as well as the buffet restaurant there is an A La Carte restarant. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers and sunshades. It is also heated. Towels are provided. Plenty of nearby shops sell English toiletries if required. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to be back.

    Most enjoyable week. Fantastic hotel in an ideal position in the resort. Staff helpful and friendly.Food in all area excellent with wide variety of different dishes from buffet or cooked to order in the wok or on the hot plate. Comfortable clean room regular change of bed linen and towels. Great view over the pool watching the ferries coming and going from the port. Weather perfect, will be, returning sooner rather than later.

    58th wedding anniversary and received a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a cellophane parcel with a bow filled with cakes and strawberries covered in chocolate, what a lovely surprise! Rooms have every thing you would need many additions in bathroom. Such a selection of choices in the buffet at breakfast and evening meal, nice to get it freshly cooked if wanted too. This hotel is not too big so you get a very personal service in the restaurant or bar , and of course a lovely welcome in reception with a glass of wine on arrival.Truly a place to spend a holiday.
