    My husband and I have just returned from a week in this hotel it was our first visit and certainly won't be out last ,firstly we only had a 25 min transfer from airport them greeted with a glass of cava while checking in (con -was but slow as guests have to input data onto a tablet) room was spacious and clean our room overlooked lovely villas at back of hotel ,meals were varied and delicious ( con - was rude guests ....seriously give the staff a break they work extremely hard and remember the food will NOT run out you don't need to push ...and this was adults not kids) we enjoyed the fact that although a family hotel there was adult only areas especially for dining and the rooftop sundeck,we went all inclusive and it was excellent and as we do not drink a lot of was good to be able to get water etc we just stuck to 2 cocktails per evening while watching entertainment enough for us ,entertainment was typical of this type venue and relatively good (con - fun attic charges even for all inclusive thought 6 Euro for 2 non alcohol Pina colada a bit excessive) ,found this hotel to be charming staff maxing and hard working the view from the rooftop deck amazing and we found the town charming we will return

    Did not have a great selection of meats for dinner tasted like cheap pork, had to find alternative places nearby to get a reasonable dinner Overpriced laundry service as shown from picture below, did not have self cleaning service as an alternative so would not be ideal for familys

    Nice hotel only issues for us was the evening meal was rubbish every night so wouldn't recommend that and weekends the noise after the entertainment add finished even after midnight was really load till at least 2 am so not much sleep

    Staff exceptional Pools variety and clean Adult only x 2 areas Food fabulous quality and loads of choice Rooms clean comfortable and big Area loads to do on the island & in resort Value for money 10 out of 10 Overall TOP TIME.
    Good and Bad Points

    I will start off with the positives: *The staff were nice and courteous *We got a free upgrade to a 2 bed apartment over 2 floors, which was nice. The room was clean and the maids came daily and did a good job. *We had our bags taken to the room after we checked in at the hotel, and were physically shown where our room was *The Cava and biscuits my dad got on his birthday was a nice surprise *The view from our room was beautiful as we could see the sea and watch the sunset *The adult only area on floor 8 was nice, quiet and peaceful *The spa was nice and was only €10 each to use the facilities *Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner (we went half board) The negatives: *The check in was so slow. There was about 5 sets of guests in front of us when we arrived but it still took over half an hour until we actually got to the check in desk *There was a lot of noise from the bar over the road from our room going late into the night which disturbed our sleep *The buffet at dinner was ridiculously busy (and breakfast after about 9am). I've never known a buffet to be so busy before. It wasn't pleasant. *I had ants in my room, despite being 4 floors up *We couldn't log onto the WiFi for the entire time we were there *The rule about not saving sunbeds with towels was not enforced and we witnessed many people doing this without anything being said to them by staff *There should be areas that are non smoking. It's not nice having to share with smokers *We were charged for water at dinner Yes the location was at the top of s hill but me and my dad are very fit so had no issues with walking up and down to get to the beach. Would I stay here again? That's a no due to the issues pointed out above and the type of clientele that seemed to like staying there. It's not for us
