hotel parc plaza luxembourg is a Low range B&B with small rooms (Luxembourg is not Japan), old structure (freshly painted but still very antiquated) and fraudolent business behaviour. The staff will overbook and give away rooms on a first come first served basis, ignoring reservations and contractual commitments.

Beautiful hotel within 10 minutes walk of city.
Rooms to a very high standard.Fridge and the most amazing shower.Staff at reception are so friendly.Always a positive ️If you don't want to dine in the Restaurant, they have a selection of yummy snacks at reception.x...

Good for a short stay close ti the winter markets.

Good location and comfortable rooms. Well located for the winter markets and CBD. There are fair points about the shower door, or absence raised and the pillows are thin. I am sure they will give you more if you ask. It really did not bother me. Great views from the hotel of the old town. The hotel also has some electric bikes for hire which made a great way to explore the city....

Several stays at Parc Plaza

Excellent location in a quiet location. Rooms are sufficient and breakfast is satisfying. Beds are comfortable but I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable. They are big but too soft. That is about the only thing I did not like about the hotel. Shower area does not have a door and there are no storage cupboards in the room but that was not a major issue for me....

A welcoming place in the heart of Luxembourg

We are on vacation from the USA for 6 weeks in Europe. We were in Germany for 9 nights at 4 hotels and B&Bs. They were just OK, with one failing on many points. We have traveled all over Latin America, NZ, and parts of Asia, so I think we know good and bad from hotels and B&Bs.
We stayed at the Hotel Parc Plaza in Luxembourg for 5 nights. I will start with the PROs and end with the CONs.
