The location is why I chose this hotel. But there is no reason to go again. It is strange to be in a place which seems terrified of its own guests. An extra 50 a day (!) is preauathorised on the credit card in case you have breakfast which costs 20; the rooms are ok (and clean) with no wardrobe, and with broken hangers. There is a kettle in the room, but the hotel evidently doesnt trust its guests with proper cups...

Comfortable hotel within walking distance of the city centre and transport links.

Good friendly welcome, comfortable room on the ground floor, good beds, very clean and felt safe.
We asked for another pillow, delivered in minutes. A light in the toilet (there is a separate toilet, which we like) broke and again, very quickly fixed.
Five or six minutes walk from the Hamilius stop on the tram from the airport, about the same time into the city centre.

Horrible place , and clearly thieves ripping people off

Asked for 2 singles and was told when we arrived at hotel only had a double
(That left me and a co worker in a double bed (2 males) so as you can imagine not good at all! )
Asked if I had a car outside and the moment I said yes was charged another 25 euros to park for 1 night!
They then took a further 50 euros deposit that I have now requested back 3 times and keep getting a standard generic message back !

hotel parc plaza luxembourg is a Low range B&B with small rooms (Luxembourg is not Japan), old structure (freshly painted but still very antiquated) and fraudolent business behaviour. The staff will overbook and give away rooms on a first come first served basis, ignoring reservations and contractual commitments.

Beautiful hotel within 10 minutes walk of city.
Rooms to a very high standard.Fridge and the most amazing shower.Staff at reception are so friendly.Always a positive ️If you don't want to dine in the Restaurant, they have a selection of yummy snacks at reception.x...
