A scam. The Superior room is not as advertised. Horrible view, poor, tasteless, ugliest room we've ever been. It smelled of old. 5 EUR lamps. Front desk girl lied saying there was no other room. Unhelpful. "Belle vue" promises a '"beautiful view', however we only could see an ugly parking lot....

Nice Stay, but Room Amenities Could Be Improved

Overall, my stay was fine, but there were a few small issues with the room amenities. The number of tea and coffee sachets provided was not enough for the number of guests. There were no porcelain cups, and one knife and plate were missing. It would be great if the hotel could check these details more carefully in the future....

Great place to stay very close to everything.

Very nice room and location. It is an easy 12 -14 minute walk to Hammilius tram stop that can take you to and from the airport and the cetral train station. Plus, only 16 minutes to Place d'Arme and Place de Guillaume II.

Clean, quiet, and cosy!
We had an incredible time here, the staff are friendly, the place is very clean and we had everything we needed for our 2 nights. The view is incredible and not too far from the city centre. They also have places for all budgets. The breakfast is not included but for 21 euros you can purchase at the restaurant.

Dont be put off by first appearance. The rooms are clean, there is air/con, satellite tv, coffee, tea & a kettle. Plenty of towels changed everyday.
On the downside there are only paper cups provided so bringing your own a good idea. The pillows are very flat and not very comfortable & the bed is a bit on the soft side. There is a lift but its on only one side of the building.
