One of the worst stays in Spain ever.
Accommodation
There was no air-con and our room was so hot - it felt like sleeping in a parked car in the sun. We had to open the window which meant the noise of traffic, honking and revellers shouting through the night.
The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable, the bedding scratchy and the pillows flat without any neck support.

No water in room (mini bar completely empty, and warm) A.C doesn't work - room overly hot. Told that it's a government rule you can't use AC at this time of year. So looks like sleep will be out of the question.
Room service requires you to use an app that doesn't work. When you call reception, no one answers the phone. So this requires you to to go down to reception. They give you a telephone number for room servi...

The location of this hotel is great, the service is not! It felt like this hotel caters to a more corporate environment. Never really felt welcome, not much help from any of the staff. Madrid was great, but I'd find somewhere else to stay if I come back....
