    Superb villas, gorgeous food and welcoming staff

    We were lucky enough to be moved here when the hotel we were staying in closed due to the Coronavirus situation. In what was a stressful situation the staff were awesome, they greeted us with drinks and took our luggage to our villa. The villa was amazing with a separate kitchen/lounge and satellite tv. It didn't matter that the sun loungers by the pool were removed because each villa has its own sun loungers that we could use instead. Fortunately the bar and restaurant remained opened and the food was fantastic: plenty of choice and excellent quality. Will definitely come again.

    Stayed here early March for seven days, all inclusive with Saga. Excellent weather, took three pulovers none were needed, sunshine all day ,but evenings a little cooler. Very good rooms, able to sit out in the sun in the mornings in front of the Villa, in the afternoon by one of the pool areas. The food was very good, wide choice and nicely presented just a pity there were so many young children around in the Dining room.. The Dining room should not have kids running around. The Parents don't seem to worry! The Staff were all very helpful, our only fault was the room Safe positioned in a Wardrobe at skirting board level. Reception knew about it, so I challenge the Management to visit room 122 in the afternoon or evening when the sun is not in the room to see the reason of our complaint.. . Avery good break, we wanted Sun and we got it
    Second stay even better than the first

    This was our second visit to this resort and we weren't disappointed. We really like the layout of the hotel, with low buildings, plenty of vegetation and swimming pools. We stayed in a villa which, despite needing modernisation, provided all the comfort we needed. Large bathroom, very comfy beds and the location was great. The swimming pools were warm enough to get into without difficulty. We were half-board and the food was generally good, especially Asian night with the lovely lady making duck wraps. The valentine's dinner was also excellent. The only thing I would suggest is rotating the menus over 2 weeks rather than 1 as if you are staying for 2 weeks then it does get repetitive and larger bottles of water to buy as the size is ridiculously small. The area with pool table, table tennis etc could be bigger or another area added. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back for a third visit to this relaxing resort.

    Wow, was not expecting it to be this good. Beautiful place and great location. Short walk to the beach after breakfast and stunning scenery and wonderful shops on the beach. Hotel was great and the food was the best we have experienced for all inclusive hotel. Entertainment was very professional and the animation team were first class and all work so hard. All staff were first class, polite and friendly and we will be going again next February half term. 11 out of ten for this holiday! (Also if you love cycling, go to Free Motion to hire a road bike if you dads out there want a treat for the day and do the summit challenge- amazing) overall, the perfect place for a family holiday for February half term. Kids absolutely love it!!!!!! Thank you to all the staff, you are all amazing and work so hard!!!! We

    Difficult to write a review mainly because it would be rather biased. Saga should not really have chosen the Hotel for their guests as it is more suited to families with children. Having said that the suite was clean and spacious if rather difficult to get to after dark due to poor lighting in parts of the complex. The food was good in the evening but tended to be very cold at the lunch time buffet. There were plenty of loungers if you searched the different pools but would not recommend for adults over 55 with children running everywhere out of control. Also the entertainment was geared for families and children and there were no shops, cafe etc without walking for a good 20 minutes.
