Great Hotel in Milan

When planning out trip to Milan, every hotel in the city center was very expensive, more expensive than Venice even. So, I decided to try to stay by the central train station since we would be arriving and departing from there. I chose Crown Plaza due to their reviews and the fact that they have a metro stop right outside their front door. Upon arrival to Milan Centrale, we took the train one stop right to the hotel....

I stay at a lot of these, and this is one of the good ones. By that I mean, check in was quick, efficient. The lifts are the same, the rooms are very soundproof, clean, some with good views. The same for breakfast, good food with good service.
As a city centre hotel its well located on top of the Metro (subway) station and only 5 mins walk to Millan's 2 largest stations - Garibaldi and Centrali.

I had a great 2 night stay here. My room had everything I needed and I slept well in the comfortable bed. The hotel was full but never felt busy. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice on offer. Good location right next to Sondrio metro station and a short walk to Milan Centrale station....
