We stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights while traveling across Europe and it ended up being one of our favorite hotels of the trip. Its not much to look at from the outside, but the location is excellent with a metro station literally right outside their door, which we used on a daily basis to explore Milan and to go to San Siro for an AC Milan match. First visit to Milan and we enjoyed a nice 2 night stay in this 4 star hotel.
The hotel has a lovely relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff, exceptionally clean rooms, a swimming pool and small garden area.
We paid a bit extra for a 1 bedroom suite with living area which felt spacious and had a very comfortable king size bed and full size bath.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative was location; it was not in the city center itself. But very conveniently there was a Metro stop right at the hotel's front door. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions....

Dont be fooled by the photos of the so called balconies, there is no seating area on them, we paid over £350 for one night and the decking on the balcony is dangerous and broken and collapsed when I walked on it....
