Perfect location for travellers who are taking the metro/ train around Milan.

Hotel reception started helping even before the trip started. Ms Laura was already responding to my emails promptly while we were still planning out months before. That efficiency and helpfulness continued throughout our stay and beyond.
Very conveniently located right beside the metro Sondria. ( literally at its door step). The train station is conveniently linked to popular places like Duomo/ Garribaldi etc

I did not feel very appreciated as a Platinum Elite member at the check in with the ladies. Later on Alexander at reception was wonderful- if not his welcome I'd probably cancel my remaining nights and go to a different hotel....

Exceptional Service, Great Location

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel at Milan. Its very excellently located, less than 10 minutes walk from Central train station and the metro station is just next to the hotel.
Very friendly and prompt service by front desk. Special thanks to Veronika for her warm welcome and assistance at check-in. And to Alexandro (hope I got his name right) for arranging our breakfast boxes when we had to be out early for day trip...

Excellent Experience in the Crown plaza Milan City

We had amazing time at Crown plaza milan city hotel while staying here for 4 nights.
Service provided by the Staff is absolutely amazing, special mention for Duty Manager Veronica who helped us in booking excursions, taxis and helped us by guiding us to visit Duomo by using Metro which is literally next door to the hotel.
We would definitely come back here and would rate 10/10....

A confession, I picked this hotel based on its location and its IHG group affinity. But it outperformed my expectations. First, it's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. Second, the staff are excellent and very well trained. The in-house bar and small restaurant is actually a great place to have a proper dinner. The rooms are comfortable. The place is clean.
