Extremely Unsafe Stay No Response to Serious Security Incident

During our stay at this hotel, we experienced a very serious and frightening safety incident that was handled extremely poorly by staff.
There were three of us (three young women) staying in Room 530. During the night, a man attempted to enter our room twice using a key card. He also repeatedly knocked on our door, left, and then returned. Naturally, this was terrifying.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and one night i forgot my wallet in my room ,the stoled all my money that i had that a shame dont go there they are scamers they steal you things even i had the paper do not disturb they enteres in my room and stole shame shame...

Very bad experience
We are a family of four with two kids, and this was our first time visiting Milan. We were hoping for a nice 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, this one was a big disappointment. Weve travelled to many places before, and this hotel is by far one of the worst weve stayed in.

Lovely hotel, our room was enormous, kept very clean & very helpful friendly staff
Quite a way out of Milan, nothing much around it but train station next door, we used this every time we went into the city, regular trains, so cheap! About 4 euro return! Felt very safe coming back from the city in the evenings on the train & then just a 3 minute walk to the hotel through the car park.
