NH Milano Machiavelli management & staff have been gracious hosts indeed. From an early check in of 1000hrs (instead of 1500hrs) to providing a kettle for making coffee, nothing was too hard for these amazing people - Giuseppe, Matilda, Amanda & Giovanni - I nostri nuovi italiano amici ... Ciao per ora bella persona!...

Very nice, neat and clean, excellent view from our room, the staff so polite and helpful.
The food so delicious our breakfast so delicious best bacon and selection of food, thank you for the eggs so thoughtful of ypu getting everything ready for our group,

Clean, orderly room. Courteous and helpful staff. Very good location as there are small shops, church, restaurants and subway within walking distance. Its just 2 stations away from Duomo cathedral and just a couple of stops near the Central Station. Reasonably priced with the kind of rooms they offer. Will come back here again and will recommend with my friends and colleagues. ...

A group of my friends had drinks in the bar. An attendant by the name of Deysi was superb, she made us feel very welcomed. Even tho she had limited English experience, she worked hard to understand us, and supply great service. Nothing was too difficult for her....

Choosing to enjoying the restaurant at the NH Hotel Machiavelli for morning tea,lunch and dinner on most day.Meals where all wonderful and varied over the seven days we have tried 90 % of the menu on offer and this included the daily special which did not disappoint.
