I traveled with my mum to Milan and was having trouble to find Wich hotel to stay through the 4 days and 3 nights trip. This hotel was such a good decision. It is really good ubicated and there was anything you needed next to it. The staff was really friendly and were really happy to help you with whatever problem you could have. They made us a surprise and gifted us breakfast for Christmas for the whole trip to Mila...

By mistake we arrived late to breakfast and all the personell went the extra miles to make us eggs and hold the Buffet until we finished eating. Excellent service. Very kind and professional...

Rooms are so old that the heating system does not work. The room was cold during night as heating system set to 22, but the air coming from outside was much cooler as the windows were not isolated, so in conclusion the room was cold. When I raised this point the room service answered that the air conditioning was functioning so it was my perception (also other rooms were having the same issues). I also find the break...
