The Worst Hotel Hands Down

This place is unsafe and absolutely disgusting. This should be rated a one star hotel and not a four star hotel. This is false advertising. 1 inch pads for mattresses, blood on the sheets and the receptionist, Gaia was vile. She announced what room the stay was in to all the guests in the lobby. We asked for another room because of this and she threw a fit and then scrambled the new room number on our key holder. S...

Very clean, running by Very kindly staff hotel, a bit outside from center. Around some restaurants and a Lidl supermarket. I enjoyed my stay over there. Breakfast was great, also very kindly staff....

By far worst in Milan

Shocked! There is No room service , no water bottles , empty fridge
No closet to hang clothes
No kettle either or coffee to drink
Have to purchase from a bar 2 coffees cost 12 euros for a small cup
What a disgrace considering its a 4 star hotel
And expensive
Never booking again and would not recommend at all...

Music corner.
Travelled on 09/2024
Visited as part of a coach party. Everything was good but the special feature is the music corner with an electric piano and acoustic guitar which guests are encouraged to use. This led to some of our group having a bit of a singsong. Great idea....

Beware of leaving your vehicle in car park

Even though this is a nice hotel, do not leave anything in your car, we left our luggage in car as was only staying overnight and took an overnight bag in, car was locked and had blacked out windows, our luggage was stolen from the boot, broke lock on drivers door, only found out when reported theft the cameras in car park are fake and they didn't shut the gate to entrance, hindsight is wonderful thing, just want to...
