A short but wonderful stay in this lovely hotel and terrific value. The staff were exceptional and deserve the utmost praise , the speed and quickness of thought in solving a problem of my creation was outstanding....

Ive just come back from a 4 night stay in Murcia with my sister. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly giving us lots of recommendations on good local places to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. My daughter and I are currently staying at this hotel on a 4-night city break with Jet2.
The hotel is in a quiet spot, which aids a lovely, quiet sleep. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was dark, thanks to the blackout curtain.
The main attractions in Murcia are 10-15 minutes away on foot.

Lovely hotel shame about a couple of staff. Booked with easyjet 2 balcony rooms. Apparently the hotel does not offer balcony rooms with easyjet but it's on their website. Emailed easyjet who were excellent and sorted us moving rooms with the hotel. Went to reception to be told by one of the receptionists I believe was called Liz asking us for proof and they dont offer balcony rooms. Easyjet had already sorted this wi...

Hotel is across the river from the city centre but it is well served by two foot bridges and one that allows traffic
It takes 10 mins to walk from the hotel to the cathedral and pretty much everywhere in Murcia
The rooms are very clean and the staff are nice
I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for 40 per night to get a balcony but there isnt a great view around the hotel due to other buildings being an alley-widt...
