This is a central Hotel conveniently placed in Murcia in a quiet area. Plenty of cafes and Tapas restaurants plus super markets in the immediate area. Just one or two slight improvements would add to the comfort of guests.
A mirror in the bedroom , an English program on the TV.

Great location, easy walk into the centre of the town. We had a junior suite at a v good price. Large and comfy bed, very large bathroom with whirlpool bath. On site parking at additional cost which was ideal for us....

We stayed here for a couple of nights as we got a good price. The hotel is in a great location, the tram is literally 100m away but you can also walk to the cathedral etc in 15 minutes.
The rooms were nice but slightly dated. I didn't find the bed comfortable but I slept fine in it. The bathroom was a bit weird though - the toilet was literally beneath the sink which was a bit awkward. Also, the air con was too col...

Nice hotel with very pleasant staff.
Great location for city centre activities and attractions.
Hotel room very nice with a very comfortable bed and a present outside space to take in the views.
Breakfast adequate but not amazing.
Car park not easy to navigate around....

Going the extra mile to help a stranded overseas traveller

The reception staff (Ruben/Prescilla) have been outstanding helping my sister-in-law while staying at Hotel El Churra. She lost all her documentation and mobile phone while in Spain, I have been liasing over the phone and via email with the hotel reception staff to organise assistance for her.
