We spent Christmas in Murcia city and this spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel was a highlight. We paid for an upgrade to a Junior Suite - so spacious, clean, modern and well equipped although we only had two bottles of water and it was not replenished as a previous reviewer said their's was. It is on a side street and we found it quiet but it's a city so don't expect a view. Lots of shops, cafes, bars nearby ...

Great location and value for money

The hotel is within five minutes from most of Murcias sights, including the cathedral, the town hall, the Malecon and the Veronicas market. The room wasnt too big and definitely modestly decorated but the bed was very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. There is a small gym on the mezzanine level, there arent too many machines but those are all in good condition and towels are also provided. Really liked ...

The Hesperia has a very good city centre location just off Gran Vía del Escultor Francisco Salzillo and a 2- 3 minute walk from the Cathedral. The shared spaces are fresh and modern and our room was similarly modern and in good clean condition. While the room wasn't generously sized it was very adequate with tea/coffee facilities, a (noisy) fridge and safe. The toilet/shower room was very generous and in good order....

A perfect location one minute to the cathedral and all bars and restaurants. The room was small cosy clean good powerful shower. Breakfast was ok. The only issue i had was on check-in, which took around 20 minutes....
