Wonderful stay

We did a lot of research about where to stay in this city and made a great decision by choosing this place. From the moment you check in you feel welcome and valued and we had a very comfortable one night stay there.
We were greeted by Adriana on Reception who was wonderful. Helpful, professional and great fun she is a fantastic front of house for the hotel.
The location is perfect and right in the centre of things...

This hotel was excellent in terms of location, could not be anymore central. Was spotlessly clean and reception staff very friendly and accommodating, also allowed us an 11.30am check in at mo extra cost as the room was ready. The room was quite compact and more basic than what were used to, but perfect for a 2 night stay and given the central location a fair compromise. We had quite a spacious terrace also which is...

We received a warm welcome on check in and were offered free cocktails on our first evening (very nice). The room was clean and spacious. We were a party of three and had three large single beds. The air con was fantastic and the shower clean. Free refrigerated water and tea and coffee were provided in the room. Stayed in a deluxe room, which was clean but very basic for the price nothing particularly deluxe about it. The in-room tea and coffee provisions were minimal, barely enough for one person. Breakfast was a letdown, more suited to a 2-star hotel with limited choice and average quality. The physical environment of the hotel is good. Very clean and comfortable whether in the bar seats or the beds. The room was compact but perfectly adequate and - unusually for Spain - provided a kettle and English Tea. Very pleased about that. The check-in was quick and the two girls on reception were lovely and helpful.
