Friendly reception staff, excellent location, a hop and a skip from the Cathedral. Good paid parking at the parking Glorieta de España, within easy walking distance. Hotel has discounted rate for guests, however if staying for a longer period consider a bono at the pay station, as this works out cheaper. We stayed at the hotel with another couple as we went to Murcia for a concert. The hotel is ideally located in the center of the city and only a short walk to our venue. We received a very warm greeting from the receptionists. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We did a lot of research about where to stay in this city and made a great decision by choosing this place. From the moment you check in you feel welcome and valued and we had a very comfortable one night stay there.
We were greeted by Adriana on Reception who was wonderful. Helpful, professional and great fun she is a fantastic front of house for the hotel.

This hotel was excellent in terms of location, could not be anymore central. Was spotlessly clean and reception staff very friendly and accommodating, also allowed us an 11.30am check in at mo extra cost as the room was ready. We received a warm welcome on check in and were offered free cocktails on our first evening (very nice). The room was clean and spacious. We were a party of three and had three large single beds. The air con was fantastic and the shower clean. Free refrigerated water and tea and coffee were provided in the room.
