This Hotel was absolutely excellent, could not fault anything, the all female staff were so attentive and friendly, they carried out their jobs with great care and made you feel special, so helpful and polite, the Hotel is spotless, room had amazing facilities, breakfast selection was stunning, and evening drinks were so reasonable , please try a glass of Tinto de Verrano it's very nice ! Very Disappointed.

Having made our reservation and receiving a confirmation we then received a text to say they were refusing our reservation as we notified them we had a medical support dog with us. Very disappointed as this is the first time it has happened to us in all our travels....

Excellent Hotel which should be classed as 4 Star.

Excellent location across the square from the Cathedral and next to the casino.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, the excellent receptionist gave us some great recommendations for dinner in Murcia.
Quality breakfast plus tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Room was well quiet, well equipped and spotlessly clean with good blackout curtains. Beds were also very comfortable.

We stayed in Hotel Cetina last night while visiting Murcia to see the wonderful light display and visit some of favourite venues for food and drink in the city. This was our first stay at Cetina, and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Stayed for a week and as previous reviews mention it is ideally located in the old town. Cathedral and casino just round the corner and many restaurants serving delicious food, plus the fabulous Feria parades were close by. Our room was small with limited storage (no drawers and only 1 tiny bedside table). We had booked room with a balcony but with temperatures of 35 degrees, sadly too hot to use. Fortunately the air...
